Aguincho is a small village with about 20 inhabitants located in the Serra da Estrela Natural Park. Ideal for those seeking contact with nature and the countryside. Here you will find the Alvoco River, which, due to the configuration of the mountains (in the form of a valley), has clear waters and pleasant temperatures for swimming in the summer. In winter, you can enjoy its beauty and harmony. The village is about 30 minutes by car from Torre (the highest point of Serra da Estrela), 30 minutes from Seia and 40 minutes from Covilhã.

The Casa das Andorinhas is located in the center of the village of Folgosa da Madalena, near the city of Seia. Ideal for families wishing to visit Serra da Estrela, the open space house has a kitchen/living room with a sofa bed and upstairs a bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom. The kitchen is equipped to prepare meals. My space is close to the Tower/ski resort (about 15 min). The house is located in a mountain village, at an altitude of 1100 meters, being considered the highest village in Portugal - Sabugueiro. Within a 10km radius, there are several lagoons and river beaches, for example, the Rossim Valley and Lagoa Comprida, Loriga and the beach of the village itself. My place is good for couples, solo adventures, business travelers, families (with kids), large groups, and furry friends (pets).

This 4-bedroom accommodation is set in a rural space, with a privileged view of Serra da Estrela, located next to the entrance of Seia. This space allows you to view unique landscapes, highlighting the region's vineyards in the surroundings, and visits to farms can be scheduled in order to get an idea of how the wine of the Demarcated Dão Region is produced.
