45 m3 apartment overlooking courtyard, double glazing, bright. Neighborhood offering the best travel facilities. A real neighborhood life, Supermarket, Bakery, and all shops at the bottom of the building. Many restaurants. As many people ask me, I would like to point out that the sofa does not become a bed.
