PLEASE NOTE: The swimming pool is not permanently installed and the wood-burning stove is out of service for the winter of 2026-2027, but the house is well heated. Le Fournil de Theuville is a former bakery located 10 minutes from the sea and 15 minutes from the town of Fécamp, with its museums and numerous activities. It was completely renovated in 2019 into a residential property with a surface area of 80 m² and has a plot of 1,800 m². You will find a large number of amenities for your convenience.

Le rez de chaussée se compose d' une cuisine ouverte donnant sur la salle et le salon équipé d'un écran géant. - 1 salle de bain avec 1 grande douche et 1 wc séparé . A l'étage : une chambre avec sa salle de bain et son WC. - Une pièce palière qui donne sur une chambre communicante avec la troisième chambre. La propriété est clôturée. Une piscine privée couverte et chauffée est disponible d' avril à fin octobre inclus.

L'accès se fait par un escalier extérieur menant à une terrasse surplombant le jardin privatif avec vue sur l'Église St Denis. L'appartement possède au 1er étage un séjour spacieux avec un coin repas attenant à la cuisine américaine, un salon équipé d'un poêle à bois, une salle de douche & des toilettes séparées. Un escalier intérieur dessert 2 chambres en enfilade à l'étage.

Isabelle will welcome you to her cottage with its neat decoration, and its swimming pool, heated to 29°C (depth 1.50 m²) The cottage is located in an extension of my primary residence. Parties and festive evenings are forbidden at the cottage.

Our cottage is located in the heart of a typical hamlet and a farmhouse 6 km from Étretat and 25 km from Le Havre. The Chaumière de la Forge welcomes you in the middle of a large wooded garden where you will find an indoor pool heated all year round as well as an old stable converted into a games room. The little extra relaxation for your stay: a spa and sauna await you in the house upon arrival! The entire house and its facilities, swimming pool, spa and sauna are private.
