The place is nice for large crowds. the place was clean and tidy. the swimming pool is added bonus. kids will love it there.

We had a great time at Nicole’s place, for us as two families it was a great location, walking distance to local shops, restaurants, the river and parks. House was homely and welcoming and the pool was fantastic, would highly recommend.

Very clean and functional accommodation, the host was available and responsive. The movie theater and ping pong table are great for spending an evening as a couple or with friends. I would recommend it 100%

This place was amazing! Best AirBnb we stayed at so far! We were a group that for 8 including a one year old. The house/garden was very beautiful, spacious and the driveway was big enough two large cars. We enjoyed stay and will book again if we are visiting the area again.

Great house for lots of people! There was six of us, it’s in a quiet neighbourhood, 10 min walk to shops and station then 25 mins into central Paris! Downside was the spiral staircase which was tight to get up and down with luggage. You need to be fairly agile to get up n down as pretty steep! Otherwise all good, living room n kitchen fantastic and bedrooms big and spacious!

My stay at the house was very good overall. The location is excellent — just a short walk to the train, and you can reach the center of Paris in about 15 minutes, which was super convenient. The house itself was clean, well-kept, and cozy — it felt great to come back to after a day out in the city. There were just a few small things that could be improved. I missed having disposable slippers — I didn’t bring any with me due to limited luggage space, and ended up walking in socks, which got dirty pretty quickly on the floors. Also, it would’ve been nice to have some shampoo provided in the bathroom, as we had to go out and buy it ourselves. One thing I didn’t quite understand was the requirement to strip all the bed linens upon checkout, especially since I had already paid an extra €150 for cleaning. It felt a bit unnecessary. Still, these were very minor issues. Overall, I had a great experience and would happily stay here again.

We loved our stay here—the house is amazing, very comfortable, and fully equipped. Aicha was absolutely wonderful: so friendly and thoughtful, always ready to help with anything we needed. We definitely recommend staying here. We loved the place and especially appreciated how Aicha made us feel right at home.

I spent a week T this apartment and it was everything I was looking for. One thing to be mindful for is that there are literally four floors and the spiral staircase provides for a great workout. Little children and older people should definitely be cautious! Otherwise it was worth every penny!

A wonderful, welcoming and fascinating house where we felt immediately at home. It easily accommodated six of us, with generous living spaces (including a grand piano which was very much enjoyed) and a delightful garden. Full of pictures and books, it is a very relaxed and relaxing place to stay: if Paris wasn't on the doorstep, we could easily have not left the house. The local area is terrific, with an amazing market (we were lucky enough to be there at the start of the asparagus season!), restaurants and bars, away from the tourist areas but with easy access to the city centre: we walked just about everywhere. It's rare to find a house like this in a city like Paris, and we had a very special family weekend in this gorgeous family home.

We had a great time at Frédéric's home! The place is absolutely perfect: both close to Paris, shops, the banks of the Marne and the Bois de Vincennes, while being absolutely quiet. The house is tastefully decorated, very comfortable, functional, impeccably clean, and it immediately feels good. Bedding is great, and the garden level workspace is a real plus. Our pet was warmly welcomed, which is rare enough to be highlighted. Private parking space is very nice as well. Frédéric is an exceptional host: caring, super responsive, flexible on schedules, always attentive to the well-being of his guests. He willingly shares his good places and does everything to make us feel at home. We would recommend this house and host without a second thought, and we'll be happy to come back! Had a great stay in Paris, this small cottage was very cozy and great to share on a friends trip to paris, would work great for a family as well! the area was really safe and walking distance from all touristic places! Would definitely stay there again :)) keep in mind that the restroom does not fully close which was the only downside when it’s a bigger group.

Just a few minutes' walk from the station, the location is both quiet and convenient — with fast food options and a delicious bakery nearby, it was a perfect environment. The address was clear and accurate, making it easy for our Uber drivers to find without any issues. Inside the building, everything was spotless. The kitchen was spacious and well-equipped with a variety of dishes, the refrigerator was large, and the bathtub offered plenty of room to relax. We are truly filled with gratitude. What made this place truly exceptional was the fact that there were six private bedrooms — something quite rare to find within central Paris. On top of that, the host kindly arranged an additional mattress in another room, allowing all seven of us to stay comfortably. It is not easy to stay at 10 in Paris and its nearby suburbs, also, even if the house is quite far from the center of Paris, with the obligation to take tiring public transport, it was a beautiful address to remember that allowed us to rest in comfort.
