Small studio for 1 person, very calm place, apartment well furnished and very supporting host

We loved staying Sophie&Stephane's beautiful studio apartment in Paris. It was centrally located and it was easy to get to all the places we came to Paris to see. Even with a technical challenge in the building, Sophie&Stephane were quick to address it. We would most definitely book with Sophie&Stephane again if we come back to Paris.

I had a great time at Ali & Jac's apartment! As a solo traveler, I felt very safe in the neighborhood and the apartment. It's so easy to get to public transportation and the Place de Bastille is less than 10 minutes away (great restaurants, Opera Bastille, shops, etc.). The apartment is small, as described, but it has everything that you need for a comfortable stay including a great bed, hot shower and fast Internet. The hosts are extremely responsive and made sure that I could check in easily. Highly recommended!

Alexis place was perfectly located with an amazing view of the Eiffel Tower. The building is of easy access. The apartment had a nice living room and a full kitchen. The rooms were tidy and clean, as you'd expect. We were very happy with our stay. Recommended!

We really loved our stay here. It is so safe and secure and lots of lovely bars and restaurants all around. About 5 steps from the Metro. Check in was so easy and communication was excellent

This is a lovely little apartment, very central and very quiet. It is chic and quirky, with a number of pleasingly unusual features and a very relaxing feeling to it. Stephen is a charming and helpful host. With a bakery across the road and walking distance to a very wide range of shops and restaurants you won't struggle to be well fed. There is easy access to all of central Paris by foot or public transport, which makes it a perfect base as a tourist.

We had a few days in Paris. The view was spectacular at night with the Eiffel Tower sparkling in all her glory. Beautiful space that exceeded all our needs. Quiet & peaceful. Great location to everything we needed. I would stay & recommend the Iron Lady.

Loved staying here! It’s just a few blocks away of the Eiffel Tower but in its own cozy nook. There were great stores and restaurants around it and the communication with the host was so easy!

Great place for a family to stay! You can’t beat the view of the Eiffel Tower from the balcony. We would definitely recommend and stay again!

This loft was perfectly located in the heart of Marais on a quiet street which is great for rest when needed. The stylish place was perfectly equipped with everything we needed. The bathroom provided a wonderful bathing experience with a rain shower. The place is just as pictured and better in person. ;) the host also accommodated a late check out! Perfect location, next to champs Elysées and in the best neighborhood of Paris 8th, all the best restaurants are 5-10min away. The room was clean, and spacious.

The accommodation is well located, with beautiful views of the Eiffel Tower. Bedding was great and the staff very responsive and super helpful
