You can hike right away from home and get on foot onto a network of trails connecting to the GR.10 and the Spanish border. 'Gîte des Îles' Quiet, Mountain Views & Shops

At an altitude of 500 metres, in the charming village of Seix at the foot of the mountains, come and stay in a delightful house with a covered terrace and a small lawned garden. With its 50 m2 of living space, it is ideal for 4 people. To offer you the best rate, bed linen is not included for stays of fewer than 5 nights. Please remember to bring your own bed linen (1 140 cm bed, 2 90 cm beds) and towels. Need to travel light? A linen rental option is available upon request.

La Sereine

The cottage is located in a very quiet area at the foot of the Beille plateau (cross-country skiing and hiking), 500 m from the center of Les Cabannes (supermarket, bakery, pharmacy, restaurant...), 40 km from Pas de la Case, 15 km from Ax-les-Thermes (ski resort and thermal baths). House freshly renovated by us; on the ground floor a large open room with fully equipped kitchen, upstairs two pretty bedrooms, one with views of the Quié de Sinsat and a brand new bathroom.

Le Playras: charming barn, panoramic view

Welcome to Playras! Come and recharge your batteries in this tiny hamlet, a little piece of heaven perched at 1100 m altitude, facing south. Stunning views of the Spanish border chain. This hamlet is made up of about fifteen old barns, each more beautiful than the last, giving it an indefinable charm! The GR de Pays (Tour du Biros) passes in front of our house. Multiple hikes possible without taking your car. We'll be happy to let you know!

Mountain cottage, panoramic view

Located at the top of the mountain pass in Ariége, at the start of many hikes and close to many family activities, this ideally located character cottage will allow you to stay in an idyllic and quiet setting. The Auberge de la Sapinière, located nearby, can accommodate you by reservation. Ideal accommodation for 4 people! You can of course be 6 max thanks to the sofa bed in the living room but of course the comfort will be less.

La cabanA 2-star furnished tourist accommodation

Come and relax in our pretty little A-frame house, made by us, with local and sustainable materials. You can enjoy a large terrace with a cold water bathtub, barbecue, hammock and slide, all overlooking the mountains! 2 steps from the village, with access to all amenities (bar, restaurants, bakery...) Seix is also the starting point for many hikes. Mezzanine with double bed, lounge area with sofa bed and wood stove.

Gîte Col d'Ayens

Un très beau gîte de charme, rénover avec beaucoup de cœur et de goût. Le gite est a 12 minutes de St Girons et ses magasins situé sur le bord d'un hameau rural le Cap d erp , avec vues fabuleux sur les forêts vierges, la vallée, les collines et montagnes. Avec le Col d'Ayens a 2km a pieds ou 3km en voiture c'est un point de départ de rêve des randonneurs, traileurs et cyclistes VTT.

Small house by the river

In the village of Moulis, small house completely renovated in 2016, composed of a ground floor living room kitchen (attention, the kitchen is minimalist... No oven, but a steam cooker) which overlooks a garden itself bordered by a river, on the first a double bedroom (a 140x190 bed) and a shower room and on the second two single beds (80x200).

IMPORTANT: Be sure to contact me before making or confirming a reservation. Regarding access, the house is at the end of a 7 km track. The first 5 km are suitable for vehicles, and the last 2 km are not suitable for vehicles. So you'll have to walk the last 2 km, about 40 minutes. Guests can park their car safely in a clearing.
