Big House Near Porto and beachs

Maison de campagne sur deux étages avec jardin sur propriété privée très spacieuse. Petit potager et arbres fruitiers qui régaleront les plus gourmands. Portail automatique pour rentrer les voitures et système d'alarme. Il y a quatre chambres qui peuvent être utilisées contenant chacune un lit double, un grand placard et un fauteuil. Dans l'une des chambres il y a une salle de bain avec toilettes et baignoire et les deux autres pourront se partager une salle de bain avec toilettes et douche. Une troisième salle de bain se trouve au rez-de-chaussée contenant douche et toilettes. Il y a un grand salon avec une bibliothèque très bien fournie avec des livres en français, un lecteur de DVD et un lecteur de laser Disc, une petite chaîne hifi, un babyfoot et une télévision avec chaînes câblées. Il y a deux grands canapés 3 places et une cheminée. Un accès internet via WI-FI est également disponible dans le salon. La salle à manger est immense et contient une grande table et un petit salon avec deux fauteuils, une table basse, une télévision et un buffet. La cuisine est bien équipée avec frigidaire/congélateur américain, cuisinière, four, micro-onde, lave-vaisselle, grille-pain, machine à café, tous les ustensiles y sont présents (couverts, assiettes, casseroles etc). A l'extérieur vous trouverez la piscine privée qui longe le patio aménagé d'une table et chaises d'extérieures ainsi qu'une cuisine d'été (barbecue et four à pizza). Le jardin est immense. La buanderie et le lave-linge sont accessibles depuis la cours de la maison . La propriété est située dans la paisible ville d'Argoncilhe qui est néanmoins à seulement 15 min en voiture de la station Balnéaire Espinho où vous trouverez un casino, de magnifiques plages, magasins pour faire du shopping et sa célèbre feira (marché) qui a lieu tous les lundis et bien sur à 20 min du centre de Porto. Sur demande le nettoyage pourra être fait quotidiennement pour 5€/h.

Alves da Veiga Downtown Rooftop by Nuno & Family

The Alves da Veiga Rooftop is located in downtown Porto, just 2min away from Mercado do Bolhão. It’s a 200sqm loft with 2 bedrooms (one upstairs and one downstairs), 2 bathrooms (both downstairs), a spacious terrace and 2 balconies. It's full of light and space for up to 4 people. You can park your car in our private parking space and take the elevator to the rooftop. The spacious terrace is ideal to relax after a long day and enjoy a bottle of wine while overlooking the Downtown skyline!

Casa da Encosta

The house is located 19km from Porto and 28km from the airport. It emerges on a hill in front of one of the most beautiful bends on the Douro river. You can enjoy not only the house, but also the terrace overlooking the river, the lush gardens around it, the pool area and also 2 barbecue areas. With 3 bedrooms, it can accommodate up to 6 people. If you want to explore the property, there are also areas where we grow crops or fruit trees, do not hesitate to help yourself to some fresh fruits!

Casa do Vitó

Casa do Vitó, of traditional architecture, is located in the village of Paços, parish of Souselo in the municipality of Cinfães, in a rural cluster next to EN222, a mythical road in our country. In the surrounding area, you can take nature hikes, tours along the Douro and Paiva rivers, visit the Paiva Walkways or discover the charms of the Magic Mountains. You will be welcomed by the host Vitó who, being local and knowing the area, will help you discover the region's charms.

Areja's House

Casa de Areja is located in front of the Douro River, in a secluded and very quiet location, 30 minutes from Porto. It has a small pier that gives you the possibility of using a water transport. 🚤 It has a private pool that can be heated at an additional cost. 🏊🏻‍♀️ The house has 3 en-suites, one of which has a crib. It also has a common space with two sofa beds. Therefore, it can accommodate 6 adults, 4 children and 1 baby.
