This lovely dome shaped bungalow is in the heart of Maragani, one of the most breathtaking beaches in Sciacca. The bungalow itself is located in the gated community of Residence Oasi. It is set back off the main road that leads to the beach of which is only about 200 meters away. There are about 40 bungalows in total, each having its own private property and gated entrance making it very private and secluded. Although we are in a rural area wi-fi and cell phone reception is available.

You won't have to envy Inspector Montalbano anymore: thirty steps south and you can start swimming. The house is equipped with everything: washing machine, dishwasher, electric and microwave oven, coffee maker and a small barbecue.

Villa Tertulia consists of a double living room, a spacious kitchen, and two bedrooms, one double and another with a double bed and a single bed. The bathroom has a bathtub with a shower. In each room, large windows illuminate the environment and bring the sounds of the sea, from the shallow and sandy depths, with short, more rocky spaces, ideal for children and also for fishing enthusiasts.
