Holiday rentals with a hot tub in Sellin

What matters is "We'll be back!“ Because only with this intention to spend your own (precious) vacation again in this wonderful house shows how comfortable you felt. Very well maintained, well-equipped cottage - wonderfully suitable for a small wellness holiday!

The place fully matched the pictures and description. The absolute highlight is the large whirlpool. The quiet environment and the landscaped garden invite you to use - on the ground floor is one of the two spacious bathrooms with shower, where you can finally shower - and go to the sauna if necessary. But also a gas grill and garden furniture offer another way to stay outside and enjoy the location on the water. On the 1st floor, next to the second master bathroom, there is another bedroom with a double bed (as well as on the 1st floor) as well as two other smaller rooms, each with a single bed. The house (s) are modern and decent. The kitchen is equipped with the essentials, the kitchen table offers plenty of space and the couch with the TV invites you to share TV evenings.

The house is very quiet and very bright and also warm in the spring and autumn months. The furnishings are comfortable and functional. You can take beautiful hikes to explore the area and have a great view of Hiddensee. Our dog had fun too.

The villa exceeded our expectations! Every detail was thoughtful and the cleanliness was exemplary. The large, well-kept garden was the perfect addition. Jörn was a very accommodating host who helped us with all questions. We felt completely comfortable and will certainly keep this vacation in the best memory.

We had a great stay! Everything worked out! The hot tub was also easy to use. We were able to contact the landlord at any time and received a response very quickly. Very helpful and nice on the phone.

We had a lovely getaway in a great furnished house that was clean, cozy and very well appointed. Glad to come back!

We stayed here for a week with 2 adults, 1 3 year old and a dog and felt comfortable. You can walk well to the beach, shopping is nearby and in the accommodation everything you need (even a toaster :-)). The playground on site was nice for our little man. The accommodations seem to be used a lot by dog owners. There were a lot of things in the complex. We loved it! The only thing that would have made it EVEN better for us: a fenced garden area where dog/child can stay. Arrival and departure are super great and the contact with ProHome was also always straightforward!

We felt super comfortable in the Villa. Everything was very clean, just as described and really well equipped. Also in the kitchen there was really everything one could need. The location was great too. Seebrücke and Südstrand were within walking distance

The house invites you to feel good, we had a real “home” feeling. Happily again! Beautiful bedrooms, large windows, great bathroom, large garden, clean, modern, well-equipped kitchen. In fact, I only missed a knife block, otherwise great & as described. The reception was very friendly. The gardens are open, which is especially nice when families with children are present. The kids were able to play wonderfully together. By bike, fantastic places are easy to reach, beaches and attractions nearby. ...and so much more... We will definitely be back! The place is an absolute dream – great for relaxing and perfect for families. Especially convenient are the child protection gates on every staircase, which were even very helpful for our dogs. The beach is within walking distance, and the dog beach is also not far away. We didn't miss anything at Villa Emma. The sauna and fireplace were our highlights! After a long walk on the beach, we were able to relax wonderfully in the sauna. Also the hot tub was a dream 🥰 The sun protection was a great idea and very helpful for us, as fortunately we were allowed to enjoy sunshine every day. If you sleep with open windows, you should expect morning street noise – but that didn't bother us. My family, including my 87-year-old grandma, enjoyed it so much that we really want to come back next year. The communication with the Schmidt&Steinbrink family was👌?
