Beautiful, spacious Shepherd’s Hut with kitchenette, en-suite shower & toilet. 1 minute walk to Bracklesham beach. 8 minutes walk to Rewild beachside sauna Off-street parking on drive. Close to shops and cafes and a 5 minute drive to the beautiful sandy beach at West Wittering. Chichester, the South Downs and Goodwood are a short drive. Warm and well-insulated with radiators. TV with Netflix Watch stunning sunsets on the beach and then come back to fall asleep to the sound of the waves.

The Beach House, West Wittering Beach. An airy, bright home, shares a garden with the main house, sitting directly on the beach. A perfect getaway, an hour and a half from London. It is self-contained and is close to Goodwood, Chichester Theatre, great bike routes, local pubs and, of course, the sea is on your doorstep. Open-plan fully-equipped new kitchen, big comfortable sofa, TV/Wifi, separate shower room. Super king double bed, plus 2 single beds on large mezzanine floor with a sea view.

Hand built by myself & Granny Mongolia, the Yurt is a mix of traditional Mongolian design & bohemian chic. As you enter the yurt you will instantly notice a sense of calm & grounding, an ideal retreat from a hectic lifestyle. Surrounded by countryside, the yurt is home to many Mongolian artefacts gifted to me by Granny Mongolia. It features a charcoal bbq & stove. Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. 2 bedrooms with one king size bed and one double bed. Bathroom with shower, fully fitted kitchen, dinning area and lounge. Sofa in lounge is a pull out double bed. Private garden with sun deck. Off-street parking. Within a short walk to the sea and the local village. Surrounded by beautiful coastal and country walks. Small convenience store at end of the road, but only a short walk from the Selsey village. Plenty to visit in the local area.

A light spacious beach house set over 3 floors enjoying sea views. 2 minutes from the seafront. The middle floor has a large double aspect lounge (sofa bed located here) with two balconies, facing east and west. The ground floor has a large kitchen leading to a secure paved/decked garden through bifold doors, a cloakroom and a bedroom with en-suite. The top floor has two further bedrooms and a family bathroom. Ideal for relaxed family and friend get togethers. A comfortable home from home.

Comfortable and quiet get away.

Five minute walk to the beach and the rnli lifeboat station. Chichester is a fifteen minute drive away or there is a regular good bus service the stop is 2 minute walk away. Shopping can be local with Asda and co-op stores in the high street, other local shops and plenty of places to eat out or take away. Although the beach is pebbly there is sand when the tide is out. Peaceful location and where Eric Coates was inspired to write the instrumental music the sleepy lagoon.
