The Beach House

It is self-contained and is close to Goodwood, Chichester Theatre, great bike routes, local pubs and, of course, the sea is on your doorstep. As you enter the yurt you will instantly notice a sense of calm & grounding, an ideal retreat from a hectic lifestyle. Surrounded by countryside, the yurt is home to many Mongolian artefacts gifted to me by Granny Mongolia. It features a charcoal bbq & stove. Our secluded stylish cottage is located on the east side of Selsey and is only 50m to the beach and a 3 minute walk to the local shops. The property is an ideal gateway for visiting the beautiful spots around the manhood peninsula and beyond to Chichester, Goodwood and the South Downs. Whether you are visiting for a holiday, attending a local wedding or for business(high speed wifi), you will find our cottage a haven of tranquility during your stay with that unique home away from home feeling.

A comfortable and spacious family house suitable for all ages. The house is very child friendly with plenty of toys and games, and a ground floor bedroom for less mobile guests. The large garden is a real feature and just at the end of the drive is the lovely East Beach. Unfortunately, we are unable to accept bookings from ANY adult only groups such as Stag, Hen, party / celebrations due to recent complaints. Shepherds Hut In a field. Brambles

You will be immersed in nature when you stay in this tranquil off grid field setting. This is comfortable camping. The Shepherds hut is set at the top end of our field. It is a secluded area surrounded by blackberry hedges, grass land and some oak trees. Enjoy the outdoors then retreat to a cosy indoor space with a comfortable bed. Includes a basic field kitchen. There is a compost loo close by, plus a mains toilet and electric shower a field walk away, next to the workshop.

Nightingale Cabin

Nestled in the village of Amberley at the foot of the Downs. The hand-built, eco-friendly wood cabin is in the shaded, far corner of the 1 acre plot, facing south towards downland, across fields and a small pond where water birds gather. The cabin is full of rustic charm. It is a completely secluded and tranquil place, ideal for nature lovers and those seeking a short-term escape from the hassle and bustle of city life. It provides a perfect retreat for writers or artists.
