The property is an ideal gateway for visiting the beautiful spots around the manhood peninsula and beyond to Chichester, Goodwood and the South Downs. A light spacious beach house set over 3 floors enjoying sea views. 2 minutes from the seafront. The middle floor has a large double aspect lounge (sofa bed located here) with two balconies, facing east and west. The ground floor has a large kitchen leading to a secure paved/decked garden through bifold doors, a cloakroom and a bedroom with en-suite. The top floor has two further bedrooms and a family bathroom. Ideal for relaxed family and friend get togethers. A comfortable home from home.

Oakwood Lodge

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. Oakwood Lodge is a converted barn on a working farm. It is set on the edge of wheat fields and nestled in amongst a woodland area. I do allow dogs, they are most welcome. The outside space is secure for them to roam freely. There’s no grass, only gravel out the front and Woodchip bark out the back. The back has been left as natural as possible. There’s some nettles and brambles to be aware of, I do trim them back so they shouldn’t be an issue.

Comfortable and quiet get away.

Five minute walk to the beach and the rnli lifeboat station. Chichester is a fifteen minute drive away or there is a regular good bus service the stop is 2 minute walk away. Shopping can be local with Asda and co-op stores in the high street, other local shops and plenty of places to eat out or take away. Although the beach is pebbly there is sand when the tide is out. Peaceful location and where Eric Coates was inspired to write the instrumental music the sleepy lagoon.
