Warm and well-insulated with radiators for cold weather. TV with Netflix You can watch stunning sunsets on the beach and then come back to fall asleep to the sound of the waves.

"Snuggledown" in this cosy self catering suite, situated at the end of a small, quiet, private cul-de-sac, yet in the heart of Felpham village with its varied shops, take aways and pubs etc. The beach and Butlins are approximately 10 minutes walk away. The room consists of a king-size bed, seating area with smart TV, wardrobe and kitchenette with kettle, toaster, microwave, and mini fridge. The room has an ensuite with shower, WC, shaving point & wash basin. Private patio and seating. Parking.

The Cabin is a self-contained detached annex on a quiet no-through road, with only a 50 metres walk along our road to the beach. The Cabin has its own private courtyard, complete with outside heated shower. With 2 bedrooms - 1 double and 1 set of adult sized bunks but limited headroom. The Cabin is delightfully styled with a fully equipped open plan kitchen, bar dining and lounge area. Sorry no pets. The owners live onsite in the main house. Fantastic for beach lovers and walkers.

The Gardeners is the former workshop of the gardener of Hambrook Hall & has been renovated to a high standard for guests. Kick back and relax in this calm, peaceful & stylish space. In a beautiful hamlet between Emsworth and Chichester, The Gardeners is a short drive away from Bosham Harbour, Goodwood, Chichester Festival Theatre and the South Downs. The site itself offers, A heated swimming and splash pool (open end of may to September) children's play area, tennis courts, 5-aside football pitch, TV and gaming room and a shop for all you essentials.
