My family & I couldn’t be happier with our experience here! We came to New Smyrna for a family wedding, and all 7 of us loved everything about this property. It was clean, convenient & comfortable and had every detail and amenity we could want including awesome instructions about everything from parking to using the TV and beyond. Our hosts were super friendly and responsive, and the area is great. If we ever come back to New Smyrna, there’s no other place we would rather stay - It was perfect!

This was our second stay at Katharines and it was just as enjoyable. Love the location and the view over Lake Cay. Everything went smoothly on check-in. Plenty of restaurants within walking distance or a short drive away. Hope to be back in the future.

Very spacious and clean, nice garage and parking space, felt very locked in with gates and parking deck garage doors close, close to the beach and nice restaurants and things around and not too far from Daytona either, enjoyed the stay and condo was super nice would for sure stay again, pool was nice as well and hot tub just water was warm for 90 degree weather in the pool, other than that no issues at all, great price for 3 night stay and owner of the property was great as well helped out by extending the check out time when we needed it. Would recommend to anyone and will be back soon hopefully.

Peaceful, quiet, beach retreat. If you are looking for a quiet beach location away from the hustle and bustle this is a great spot. Clean amenities throughout the condo complex and this condo is spotless! Would definitely recommend this place!

Communication was prompt and clear, and they went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. The space was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. Highly 🙌 recommend anyone traveling with dogs! Nancy goes above and beyond for your pups. She welcomes them with fresh treats made with love by one of the locals, provides bowls to use, blankets to cover the couches, and doggie poop bags! AND surprises them with their own souvenir! Our pups really enjoyed finding their 🦀 🦀 and playing at the beach with them! From my first conversation with her, I knew she was definitely a dog person 🐾. We travel with 2 dogs and one of our dogs has MegaE with Addison’s. It can be challenging to make sure he’s comfortable. The space is spacious for a kennel and Bailey Chair. I appreciated the main area floor not being carpeted. It made for easy cleanup when our pup regurgitated from barking. The neighbors below are friendly with dogs of their own and the neighborhood is dog friendly too! 🐾 The location is fantastic and quiet! It has easy access to the beach within walking distance. New Smyrna Dunes are a must to check out with pups!!! 🌊🐾☀️🏖️ Thanks Nancy!

We took our kids 11 & 9 to this beautiful Boho beach condo!!! It was the last 3 days of our 2025 of our spring break. We loved the location, the views and all the extras at the condo. The condo had beach chairs, toys & umbrellas which made our days on the beach easy and breezy. We had a hard time leaving this serene space. Its as close to the beach as possible. The elevator made hauling the beach gear very easy. Great hosts for an amazing condo!! 10 outta 10 would recommend.

I can’t speak highly enough about my experience with Kerrie and her home. She offers all the amenities and it’s the most comfortable home in the best location. I love all the beautiful details she has in the home. Beds are super comfy and all the extras are so nice. She made it such a breeze to get checked in and responds so quickly. I honestly will plan my future vacations around Kerrie’s condo availability. Felt like home. Thank you so much for the stay.

Everything was as stated! Condo was clean, comfortable and very convenient for our trip. I would stay there again when in Orlando and recommend to friends and family! Our family had a great time!!

we loved our stay here!! it was amazing! The guest book with information in it was a little outdated a lot of the restaurant prices have changed. The view was absolutely beautiful! The home had everything you needed. We would choose to stay there anytime!

Charlotte’s place was very clean and as pictured on this site. Checkin was very easy. This is a fabulous location close to the beach, restaurants and shopping. We would definitely stay here again.
