Was a perfect place for what I needed. It was beautiful and I wish I could’ve spent more time there.

I couldn’t have picked a better listing! The home was spotless and exactly as described. Our dogs had a blast in the backyard, and when we were at the house, the peaceful sounds of the waterfall by the pool made lounging so relaxing—we even drifted off to sleep! Travis was an excellent communicator, always helpful and responsive. Despite being on the main road, it was incredibly quiet, and everyone slept soundly without any disturbances. My mom and grandma especially enjoyed the screened-in patio with a TV, which made their stay even more enjoyable. Without a doubt, we’ll be booking again when we travel with our family!

This house was great for a long weekend with our family of 7 adults. It was easy to come and go from the events we had planned, since it is close to main roads. However, the neighborhood was quiet and the pool area was private. We appreciated small details like the Scrub Daddy sponge smiling in the kitchen as well as the glass 9x13 pans and a large bowl for our tossed salad. The pool heat was perfect, the dining table was great for games, and the beds were comfortable. Loida answered all our inquiries promptly when we had questions. We would recommend this home if you are staying in the Oviedo area.

Marilyn’s home is the perfect place to stay. Comfortable well equipped. Easy to get to, well maintained and squeaky clean. We had a great day and we will be back soon.

Fantastic stay at Casa Feliz!! Quiet peaceful place to chill with great outdoor spaces. Pool was a godsend and heater worked as it should. Lovely walk 5 minutes away Kewanee park. We would recommend this property.

Nicholas was a super responsive communicative and friendly host. He was able to accommodate an early arrival with no problem and met us upon arrival to review the workings of the house. He lives next door and was able to respond immediately to any questions. The interior of the house is beautiful and looks to have been very recently completely remodeled and renovated and furnished. The pool was a great amenity and very refreshing after a day in the heat and humidity. Appliances and televisions were new and furnishings stylish and up to date. We hope to stay at his home again next year. Nicholas is a super friendly guy and was a pleasure to encounter.

I was in town for the week while family underwent medical treatment. I needed a quiet, relaxing place where I could work during the day & entertain two kiddos in the evening. Terrie’s space was perfect. As other reviews have pointed out, the house is as clean as it gets. Spotless. It has those things that you really appreciate when traveling. Spices for cooking, board games, coffee and even a few snacks which the kids loved. The beds are incredibly comfortable to top it off. This home is simply wonderful and Terrie was a fantastic host. Can’t wait to come back!

Overall our stay was great! Joanna was responsive and easy to get a hold of. The house was spacious and the pool was nice. Everything was clean and organized. It’s clearly an older home that was updated so there were some holes in the walls and cracks but nothing that ruined our stay. It was nice to have multiple options as there were soaps and shampoos available under the cabinets in the bathrooms. Plenty of hot water for 2 people to shower back to back.

The home was impeccable, and Beautifully designed, and prepared to give your guests a home-away-from home experience!

I just want to say that Marcos was very accommodating and his home was very peaceful and quiet!! The beds are super comfortable the kitchen is really cute and the location is perfect! We had a late check in and Marcos was fine and very communicative. Would definitely be back soon for a staycation!! Please book this place it’s super wonderful! Best Airbnb.

Aline is a absolutely wonderful hostess. She is thoughtful and quick in her responding to any questions that we had. The Home is exceptionally well kept. The location is beautiful and peaceful. We are already talking about and looking forward to our next trip to Florida and staying at this location again if you are considering this rental, I would encourage you to not hesitate. You will not be disappointed. Both the Home and the host are exceptional.

Overall a very nice place. very clean, quiet neighborhood, close to many stores. Corresponded with host a few times. Quick responses. Definitely would stay there again.

We had an amazing stay at Sandra's place. It was clean, spacious, comfortable for my whole family. The location was very central to everything. The patio space and pool area was neatly landscaped and perfect to hang around the pool and relaxed. The house was stocked with all the amenities one would need. Sandra was sweet, helpful and very communicative for all our needs. Would definitely stay again.

Michelle and her team were great, quick and responsive. The area was hard to beat, a block from downtown Sanford shops and restaurants. The breweries can be a bit loud on Friday and Saturday nights with live music playing, but it didn't really bother us much and definitely didn't keep anyone from sleeping. We did have a slight issue with the floors being a little dirty, no visible debris, but our white socks turned black. Michelle quickly sent over supplies so we could clean along with a special treat for the kiddos. The neighborhood is a little run down, but the neighbors themselves were quiet, and friendly. If you do stay check out El Coqui Bakery down the street, their empanadas and pastries are amazing!! There's also a really nice kids park near on the "riverwalk" next to the lake. All in all we would definitely stay here or with Michelle and her team again!

Beautiful, peaceful and serene. Perfect location in a private & quiet country setting, just minutes away from restaurants, grocery, shopping, etc. Although in Sanford, it only took ~50 minutes to get to Disney via 417. Luxurious & inspiring interior with professional design. Every bed was oh-so-comfy, including the twin beds. Fabulous & comfortable screened porch. We didn't want to leave & look forward to hopefully staying again...Wonderful! The host is excellent at communications.

This was the cleanest Airbnb I've stayed in thus far! I am VERY selective about where I choose to lay my head and reviews which relate to the cleanliness of the home go a long way with me. As soon as I walked in, I could SMELL the CLEAN! Everything was perfect! So very comfortable, clean, and quiet! The kitchen was gorgeous with plenty of options for food prep, the bedrooms were well appointed with cozy beds, TVs and best of all, dressers!!!! It was lovely not to live out of a suitcase while we were there. I was on a time crunch the day of arrival and was able to check in 30 minutes early which was a big help! This is lovely, spacious home with plenty of room for everyone to spread out and have their own space. The tranquility of the back porch was palpable! We sat out there sipping morning coffee and watching the squirrels, birds, and even a bunny visit the nicely landscaped and private yard. 10/10 will definitely book here again for our Orlando trips! Stayed here for my cousins wedding. It was a great place to stay. My dog enjoyed the backyard and the house was very nice. Would be a place we would stay again if needed!

Our 3 night stay at Michelle’s beautifully eclectic, serene, well-appointed and very spacious farmhouse was a pleasure. It was just as described and more. The proximity to UCF campus was also definitely a plus.
