Berry house on the edge of a stream, in absolute calm, 7km from Sancerre, consists of a large living room with dining room and lounge, a fully equipped kitchen, a shower room with toilet and a bedroom (overlooking the stream) with a 160 cm bed. You will have access to the garden, with deckchairs available and private use of the terrace at the water's edge without any vis-à-vis: unobstructed view of the countryside. We live in the terraced house. Bicycles can be made available.

A large, bright living room with earth and lime walls, exposed beams and a fireplace (not functional), featuring a very well-equipped kitchen, a 140x200 double bed with a brand new mattress and topper, a seating area, and a private bathroom and toilet designed specifically for the studio.
