Nestled by the river Seine, in an artist village in the region of Champagne, this former priory is located only 100km from Paris (55mn direct train between the neighboring Nogent s/Sein and Gare de l'Est). The cottage part of the accommodation includes two bedrooms with double beds and toilets on the upper floor, on the common landing: a bathroom. On the ground floor, a common room: kitchen, living room, dining room with fireplace. Free parking and garden available. Possibility of yoga classes.

Free access to the garden and heated pool (10 x 5 meters), non-private (May - September). Located between Sens and Joigny, close to Villeneuve sur Yonne, Courtenay and the A5, A6 and A19 highways, in the heart of the countryside, we are 1h30 south of Paris, 1h10 from Guédelon and Chablis.
