Monthly Rentals in Seongdong-gu

The location is excellent, only a 1-minute walk to the closest subway station, making it easy to get around. The space was clean and matched the description. Even though the area is active, the place was fairly quiet, allowing for a peaceful stay. It’s a great option for solo travelers. The host was also very responsive and quick to answer any questions. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a convenient and comfortable stay.

I had 3 accommodations during my stay in Korea, and this was my favorite! The apartment is very cozy and clean. I honestly did not lack a thing, and really felt comfortable. It’s very close to two subway lines which is great! The area is very nice too, especially Seoul Forest. Coffee and Tea place right on the street and lots of restaurants nearby. Arden communicated well and came to help me when I had an issue with the TV. I hope to stay there again for my next visit.

Very convenient location in Seoul. The building where the flat is located is directly above Wangsimni station, so the metro system was accessible to reach. As elsewhere in Seoul, they are known for multiple stairways — there are a number of stairs leading up to the building from exits 10 and 11, so just be aware with multiple luggages. 7/11 and a coffee shop is conveniently located on the ground floor of the building — we went there a few times during the week. We would love to stay here again when we’re next back in Seoul. :)
