Holiday rentals in Seongnam-si

It was a place I chose because there were a lot of good reviews, but there's also a reason. The host's kindness and warm consideration made me feel tired after a long flight. I was satisfied with the distance from Samsung Seoul Hospital and the surrounding food, and all the items provided indoors were perfect. It is not only quiet and safe, but it is also a place where we had a really happy time. Thank you so much!!

It was a reasonably priced place to stay in the location I wanted. My schedule was disrupted and I needed to change the reservation date, but it was nice that you responded quickly. The bedding felt a little thin for winter use, and it was a pity that hair was found everywhere. In addition, the building itself is worn out, so you should consider the interior decor and facilities. Still, if it's located at this price, I have enough intention to use it again the next time I have a nearby schedule!

Zoe’s stay was such a lovely place! It is located in a beautiful area next to Seoul Forest, with lots of cafe’s and restaurants surrounding. The room was cosy and even has a rooftop balcony which had a pleasing view of surrounding areas! Zoe was helpful and responsive, and I would love to return in the future ! ☺️

Jason was a wonderful host that only worked to make this awesome location for those who are looking for a nice quiet spot, but that’s also a walk away from all the action around them. Just down the street from Changdeokgung Palace, that’s almost the least exciting part of the area consider Ikseomdomg and Insadong are both just a short walk away. While it’s also close to the metro system, the part that really shines the bus stops right outside on the main road that will take you just about everywhere, and when in Seoul, got to take advantage of those bus lines! Fantastic place. I would love to stay here again next time as even the smaller restaurants right next door were convenient and easy to get to especially when the weather isn’t great.

Emma is very kind, kind, will be a little Chinese, also come to the station to pick us up at the station on the first day when we are going to the accommodation, the introduction of the surrounding environment on the way to let us know, there is underfloor heating and washing machine, dryer, and there is also a small 2 bedroom one hall, although the house is 2F, but the location is less than 8 floors from Myeongdong and Hongdae, the location is 20 minutes drive from Myeong-dong and Hongdae, it does not affect our likes, we are 4 (2 big and 2 small)🥳, staying for 6 nights, very happy, very happy, very homey feeling, our family will choose this, thank you emma for providing a good stay, thank you again🙏.

Lovely and cozy hanok in a peaceful neighborhood near cute shops. The main subway station we went to was about a 10 min walk away. As other reviewers noted, the second bedroom is separate from the rest of the space but we didn’t find it to be too much of an inconvenience. The bathroom smelled slightly of sewage at times but was avoided by running the vent often. Loved just hanging out in the space — the large dining table is perfect for just snacking and chatting 은수 was really responsive and thoughtful and also offered to send over fried chicken for dinner one night, which was delicious. Overall would recommend!
