Semi-independent two-room apartment on two floors, located on the second and third floors of a traditional building in the old town. The large and bright room is equipped with a double bed and a single sofa bed, a private bathroom and a private balcony. On the third floor, there is a terrace and kitchen for exclusive use (which is accessed from the terrace). Thanks to its central location, it will be easy to reach the various points of interest on foot (or by public transport).

La Casetta di Marianna is an elegant studio apartment with a loft, located in the village of Gaeta, in one of the characteristic alleys of Via Indipendenza. Newly renovated, the house consists of a living area with large kitchen, sofa bed, bathroom, washing machine, air conditioning, smart TV, WiFi and a sleeping area with double bed. Thanks to its location, you can walk to various points of interest. Tourist tax to be paid at check-in of €2.50 per person per night.

Siamo in via salette dove un accesso privato con un viale di circa 70 metri porta alla casa sul mare. La casa e' di 90 mq con ampio spazio esterno e giardino ed e' composta da: ampio salone, cucina, tre camere da letto e due bagni di cui uno esterno. Ci sono in dotazione anche lettini ed ombrelloni per godersi in pieno il mare di Sperlonga.
