The apartment is located in a quiet street, no restaurants or bars open at night nearby, making it generally quiet. On weekend nights, there might be noise from partying people passing by the street. Metal is found in the air-conditioned living room/kitchen with its industrial loft decor. The bedroom (queen size bed) features the warm side of wood, while the bathroom with its large walk-in shower plays with the golden reflections of the stone. The 40 m2 Le Clos de Jade villa opens its doors to you. Fifteen minutes from the Pont du Gard, twenty from Avignon, a location that smells like getaways. Nestled in a subdivision on the edge of a forest, the view embraces the horizon. The sofa convertible into a single bed will suggest moments of reading or improvised naps. Everything is private for tenants as well as the 300 m2 garden (unfenced) and the 5 x 2 m infinity pool which is an invitation to cool off.
