My Space is spacious, safe, private and welcoming, 2 minutes from the beach, and it is possible to walk. Because it is a few meters from the beach, it is unique for being very cool, even in summer. It is, on average, 20 km from the airport and the Capital Vitória. The regional climate is bucolic, famous for its gastronomy. This space was designed for guests to feel in their total privacy. Well wooded and ventilated. A safe place on a cul-de-sac. Maximum 8 people The house has 3 bedrooms, one of them being an en-suite. 1 full bathroom.

The air is serrano, as it is at a high point of the Serra, from the balcony you can see the horizon of the sea of Manguinhos, it is cold at night and beautiful sun during the day from May to October. The condominium has 24-hour surveillance and concierge. It is a 15-minute walk to Manguinhos beach, with clean and calm waters. The area is known for traditional beachfront cuisine. It has a small mall next to the condominium ( barbershop, bakery, restaurant, market...) and an excellent hypermarket close to the condominium.

Para o casal, ofertamos um belo jantar romântico (a parte)! Estamos próximos da praia de Jacaraípe (3 min.), das aldeias indígenas de Aracruz (40 min) e da bela arquitetura e culinária italiana em Santa Tereza (1:20h).
