Holiday rentals with lake access in Serra

Paula's place was comfortable a home away from home. we were given local attraction advice which was very helpful. The peaceful morning and evening walks were great. highly recommend Paula's home.

Great Location, quiet and quiet site. Although with the Highway near. Communication was always very good and the check in flexible, which was great for us who arrived late.

We had a wonderful weekend at this home in Dornes. It has a crazy charm, faithful in every way to the listing. Located at the edge of a peaceful river that almost looks like a lake, the scenery is simply beautiful and soothing. The house was perfectly suited to our group, comfortable and very well equipped. Claudio, our host, was very responsive and exceptionally available, which really made our stay easier. The village of Dornes is also full of charm. In short, a real little piece of paradise that we recommend without a second thought!

Our group of 13 had an incredible time at this lakeside house! The accommodations were super comfortable, providing ample space for all of us. The highlight was definitely the fantastic outdoor area, perfect for group gatherings and relaxation. Nuno, the host, was outstanding. He went above and beyond to ensure our stay was memorable. We took advantage of the boat rental for water sports like skiing, wakeboarding, and wakesurfing, and it was an absolute blast. Nuno's expertise and equipment made it all possible, and we couldn't have asked for a better experience. If you're looking for a lakeside retreat with a fantastic host and plenty of fun activities, this is the place to be. Our group had a fantastic time, and we can't wait to come back for more adventures by the lake!

Paradise! a haven of peace, surrounded by the river, nature. An absolutely beautiful and comfortable home. We really refreshed ourselves and our 3-day stay at Paula's was our best experience in Portugal. The surroundings are splendid: the small shale villages, the countryside, Coimbra, the houses of the surrounding villages, the gardens. We plan to come back one day, it's a house that creates memories!

What an amazing stay! From the location, which embraces nature and brings incredible calm, to the house itself, equipped with all the necessary utensils for a perfect stay. I also have to thank Adriana and her father for the ease of communication and all the attention given! It will certainly be a place to visit again!

We were a group of 11 ladies and the house was ideal for this. Spacious, full of comforts, lots of bathrooms, beautiful and quiet location and cozy. Within walking distance a cute bakery and vegetable shop but also 2 supermarkets. Margarida was quick, friendly and clear to all messages. That our arrival time always changed was no problem at all. Upon arrival, she welcomed us warmly, explained everything clearly and she even picked oranges for us. All in all, highly recommended, value for money.

An excellent house, in a wild place but full of charms! A stream close to the house where dogs can get wet, a dam on the homestead, wonderful bread, helpful and friendly people who made it easy…. A place to come back to!! We traveled with two large dogs that were accepted without hesitation, we were pampered and spent some memorable days. About the house… beautiful! Rustic, well framed, comfortable, clean, well equipped. A true pearl to discover. Thank you Patricia and other colleagues…. Well done!

Very nice accommodation, well equipped. Beautiful environment surrounded by nature. Be careful, vacation homes are under construction nearby, causing some noise disturbances but this should not last. Host not very responsive in communication but always responds to messages in the end. I recommend it.

Linda's apartment is located in the heart of Entroncamento, impeccable and beautiful décor. Comunicação was excellent throughout our stay, always available. Recommended 100%.

We stayed at Liedewij's & Joey's place on the last few days of the year, and it was absolutely wonderful! They are incredibly nice, made us feel at home, and even invited us to their new year celebration. The place is embedded in nature, perfect to regenerate for a few days. The house has a fabulous situation, with excellent views of the Dam and a cozy balcony even on rainy days. The fact that we can even park the door helps with luggage. And the surrounding area is really nice, with an excellent swimming pool and the dam itself, both good for refreshing baths, which the heat here tightens in the summer... The owner was very friendly and available for any request from us.

Million dollar view, amazing area and peaceful place to have a great time to enjoy our vacation

We had a brilliant time at Canto Do Zêzere - the house is really clean, spacious and comfortable, and the lakeside location is absolutely stunning. Boating on the lake was a highlight! We would definitely come back again.

This is a great space in a real out-of-the-way part of Portugal. Tired of big city tourism? Try this property. Tiny villages dot the hills and you get an old world sense of Portugal here. The pool is the real star of the property here (as are Eric's three dogs, one of which lounged with us each morning) as it overlooks he view of the river. We did use the kayaks as well. It is hard to get to them down a very steep hill with ladders and a bit of minor repelling. Not for those with a bad knee or hip. Which gets me to, accessing the apartments, particularly the lower unit, is tricky. Steep, slanting and uneven steps that can be a little slippery. Perhaps not for the elderly. Hint for improvement would be to upgrade the furnishings and kitchenware. The knives couldn't cut an orange.
