"La Casa dell 'Arco" takes its name from the entrance arch, a typical element of the architecture of Frassinetto, which characterizes this historic house. Its oldest nucleus presumably dates back to the 13th – 14th century. The unit is made up of three rooms with attention to detail to rediscover the warm atmosphere of the alpine houses. The living room with a sofa/bed and fireplace precedes the kitchen and to complete a beautiful room with shower and a comfortable and equipped bathroom.

Winter experience in search of silence and the scent of snow in a cabin located on a panoramic plateau at 1400 m, admiring the mountains of the Val Grande di Lanzo. Equipped with a kitchen, toilet and private sauna, underfloor heating and an outdoor solarium a few metres away, in the lawn. A paved road that climbs into the woods leads in 10 minutes to the hamlet of Albone: we recommend a booking request – in the colder months – to be updated on the practicability of the road itself.

We chose to come here, into the woods, to begin living a simple yet fulfilling life, learning from nature. We offer you an attic loft carefully renovated by Riccardo, with a double bed and a sofa bed (both beneath skylights), a kitchenette, a bathroom, and a wide view over the valley.

Spacious accommodation of about 100m2 carefully decorated, with private garden, parking and access to a traditional Nordic bath (on reservation for heating). One Nordic bath per stay is offered. The house is located in a small hamlet of the village of Séez, 3 km from the Bourg St Maurice Les Arcs TGV station To get to the resort near the house, a free shuttle takes you either to the Écudets chairlift 2 km away to go up to La Rosière Domaine International France Italy or to Bourg-Saint-Maurice to take the funicular to go up to the Les Arcs resort.
