Nice new 12 m2 studio on the ground floor close to the beaches (Sérignan, Valras and Vendres) bright, 10 min walk to the city center and its many markets. Quiet subdivision, parking is available in front of the house. From April to October, you can enjoy a terrace to have breakfast in the sun. We welcome you to the ground floor of a village house, winegrower style close to the church and the shops of the city center. Absolute tranquility and silence in this small loft adjoining a large sunny courtyard. Swing, hammock, deckchairs, barbecue and outdoor shower. The beach is 13 minutes by car or a little more by bike by taking a path through the vineyards and the bike path. Lido Beach separates the lagoon that is the Étang de Thau and the Mediterranean Sea.

We offer a 140 cm bed, a bathroom, a newly fitted kitchen, a sitting area with two armchairs and coffee table for coffee, reading etc. Alignan is a small town ideally located 8 minutes from Pezenas, 20 minutes from Béziers, 20-25 minutes from the beaches, 10 minutes from the highway and 45 minutes from Montpellier.
