Delightful two-room apartment in an elegant building

Very nice two-room apartment near Campo Smith, in one of the most beautiful complexes in Bardonecchia equipped with a concierge, common room, equipped laundry room, children's games room,large condominium garden. The decor is delicious custom made, the kitchen is new equipped with everything, the bathroom is spacious. The bedroom has a double bed, in the living room a comfortable single sofa bed. Suitable for couples and families (possibility to add a cot). The price includes a covered parking spot and skibox.

Delizioso apartamento in uno chalet che si trova all’arrivo della seggiovia Clotes, sopra Sauze d’Oulx a 1800mt. In un pianoro molto bello dove si trovano bar e ristorantii e dove alcune scuole sci si radunano prima della partenza. . Da qui parte la seggiovia principale per arrivare in cima alle montagne. Un punto di partenza fantastico per le vs avventure sul comprensorio di 400 km della Via Lattea fino a Montgenevre in Francia.

60mq flat on first floor: entrance with two single beds on equipped wall, living and small kitchen with dishwasher, double bedroom and two bathrooms, one with tube and one with shower. Large 14mq balcony, south esposition. Garage and common laundry in the building. You can go in and out with ski on your feet, the slopes are in front of the building, no need to pick up your car!
