Welcome to a studio apartment decorated with a lot of love ❤️ Located in the center of Zagreb in a courtyard building from 1919 on the 1st floor with a balcony. My dear dad and I jointly adapted and decorated it in 2022. There are 2 more apartments on the same floor of the building, and on the ground floor there is a business space/ tailor shop. Since it's in the courtyard, it's peace and quiet all day. Free parking for guests is available in a specially marked place inside the courtyard, and there is a tram stop nearby.

Public transportation: Option 1: 5 min walk to the bus station (Zelena tržnica) and a 15-minute bus ride (281 Main station) Option 2: 13 min walk to the tram station (Elka) and a 25-minute tram (2 or 13) to the Main station. The shopping center City Centar East is located 700 m from the apartment. Nearest market & bakery are located 400 m from the apartment.
