It is close to the beach and the large windows in the living room open up to stunning views and spectacular nature. A path leads down to a small beach about 70 meters from the cabin. There you can swim, paddle, or just sunbathe. The cabin invites to a big terrace, which is furnished with sofa, deck chairs, dining table and its own pavilion.

Mulighet for å låne gratis robåt i nærmeste innsjø. Mulighet også å leie badestamp og tønnebadstue / sauna mot ekstra betaling. I sauna kan du vaske deg med varmt vann. Ønsker du en ferie på Sørlandet helt for deg selv i sommer er dette plassen. Det er ingen andre gjester på eiendommen. Boligen ved siden av hytten har ingen beboere ukene som er ledig. Hytten ligger nydelig til ved Nidelva 7km fra Arendal og 15km fra Grimstad. Nidelva har 3 utløp til sjøen hvor et renner ut ved Arendal sentrum og de to andre renner ut mot Torungen fyr. Det er lite bevegelse i elven om sommeren siden hytten ligger på havnivå.

In December, the cabin will be decorated for Christmas.
