The house is located in a peaceful courtyard, but still close to the city center; only 3 minutes by car. Ideal starting point for trips, summer and winter. Suitable for families and small groups. Centrally located in Valle Municipality. Approx. 1 km to the city center. Facilities in the house: Child-friendly, Wi-Fi, SmartTV with BT soundbar Heat pump, fireplace (wood in the garage) Toilet, shower, dishwasher, Stove, coffee maker, fridge, freezer ++ Cleaning is done by you as the tenant. Must bring towels and bed linen yourself (1.50 double bed and 1.80 double bed). In summer, it is a good idea to bring your own drinking water due to well water. We drink from the fountain the rest of the year. You can boil the water if you are in doubt.

The house is located at the end of the road, so there is no traffic in the area. 70 meters to the beach and jetty with boat that is included in the rent. New boat Pioneer 14 with 9.9 Yamaha with electric start and chart plotter available from 20.06. Before 20.06, it is GH14 with 9.9 suzuki. Long beach that is suitable for the little ones. Large lawn with trampoline by the beach. Sup boards and kayaks can be borrowed. By boat you are in Norway's finest archipelago with many small islets and islands. Sauna available for tenants.

Make a good dinner in the large kitchen in the house or see if the kids dare to swim in the slightly cold river. Take the car up or down Setesdalen and visit various action attractions or experience the views and tranquility up on the mountain. In the evening, you can enjoy bird song and sleep in built-in, rose-painted beds.

Fredelig beliggenhet for seg selv i flott natur og gammelt kulturlandskap. Utsikt til skog og vann. Her får dere også tilgang til kano (3 personer). Vannet har bitevillig ørret, og fiskerett er selvsagt inkludert i prisen. Det er flere fine badeplasser som kan benyttes.
