It is close to the beach and the large windows in the living room open up to stunning views and spectacular nature. A path leads down to a small beach about 70 meters from the cabin. There you can swim, paddle, or just sunbathe. The cabin invites to a big terrace, which is furnished with sofa, deck chairs, dining table and its own pavilion.

Enjoy a relaxing holiday with the whole family in our modern, high-standard cabin! This is our family cabin, which we use as often as we can, but we’re happy to share it when we’re not there. The cabin is spacious at 150 m², with four bedrooms and sleeping space for up to 11 guests—perfect for two families traveling together. In addition, a luxurious sauna with panoramic fjord and mountain views is scheduled for completion by spring/summer 2026. We hope you’ll enjoy it as much as we do!

At 970 m above the ocean, the snow is guaranteed in the winter, and beautiful hikes start 20m from the door. 18 beds- unable to update from 16 persons due to Airbnb limitations :-) You drive all the way to the main entrance door. Mulighet også å leie badestamp og tønnebadstue / sauna mot ekstra betaling. I sauna kan du vaske deg med varmt vann. Robåt til gratis lån. Plassen passer fint til dem som liker seg I naturen med enkel standard overnatting. I høst/ vintertid fra ca 15.9 - 1.5 er vogna sammen med eget privat ute-kjøkken. Hund tillatt

Hytta ligger sentralt på Løyningsknodden på Bortelid. Høy standard med badstu, boblebad og stor sydvendt terrasse med god utsikt. Hytten er romslig og har 10 sengeplasser fordelt på 4 soverom pluss TV- stue med sovesofa. I tillegg er det plass på hemsen til to/ tre på flatseng. Et godt utstyrt kjøkken med kaffemaskin, oppvaskmaskin mv. Eget vaskerom med tørketrommel, vaskemaskin og tørkeskap dekker de fleste behov. Det er mulig å lade elbil på eiendommen.

Cozy well-equipped lodge with 2 bedrooms, loft and sauna. Short distance to nice walks in the immediate area. The cabin is located 30 meters from Rauland ski center and there are 150 km of prepared cross country skiing tracks starting right outside the door. Easy arrival from main road (150m from FV37). Electric car charger in carport. Bed linens, towels, and essentials must be brought. Laundry must be done yourself.

Alpine slope, ski trails, mini golf, canoeing, swimming and fishing opportunities, as well as Eikerapen Guesthouse just nearby. Good sun conditions on the property and great views. 10 min to grocery and only 1.5 hours to Kristiansand. 2 hours 30 minutes to Egersund and 2 hours 15 minutes to Arendal.
