Renovated and fully equipped 1-bedroom apartment in a quiet residential area of Setúbal. We have AC in the living room/kitchen (unique space) and in the bedroom. The windows (double glazed) are new, allowing for heat/cold and noise insulation. The kitchen is new: refurbished in December 2023. Close to Supermarket, McDonalds, pastry shops and restaurants. It's easy, safe and free to park on the street. Fast Vodafone internet, ideal for home office.

Chiado Loft 7 with Patio!

This duplex apartment with a patio is on the 4th and last floor of a building with no elevator in Chiado. It was just entirely renovated. A very comfortable lounge area with a Patio and a kitchenette and a bathroom on the lower floor. It is the ideal place to stay!
