Also on same level there is a private bedroom and the bathroom. On the upper floor, you will find one bedroom that opens to the living room. The loft is in the Príncipe Real neighborhood, located at the top of one of Lisbon's seven hills, with beautiful city views. It's a neighborhood with palatial buildings, gardens, dynamic shops, and restaurants with famous chefs. The nearest metro station is Rato, yellow line (10 min walking). The apartment have one parking space. Short walking distance from the main historical sites of the city: Bairro Alto, Carmo, Chiado, Avenida da Liberdade, Castelo de S. Jorge, Praça do Comércio. Very short walking distance to places of interest in the neighborhood: Jardim do Príncipe Real, Jardim Botânico de Lisboa, Miradouro de São Pedro de Alcântara, Museu de História Natural, Bairro Alto.

The bright loft is inspired by Setubal's famous cuttlefish (port.: Choco) and by the city's seaside location. The house is made out of sustainable materials with its cork floor, wooden walls, traditional ceramics (Azulejo), and a relaxing indoor fishermen hammock. The apartment has natural sunlight with a small balcony and a large window. It's located at the 3rd floor, and although with no elevator, the stairs are large and easy access.
