The house is a renovated monument with old beams and sometimes a little creaking wooden floor on the upper floor.

Dreamy Tiny House Handrösschen

The tiny house with a view of the horse paddock is located on our historic farm just outside Nuremberg. It has a small kitchen with a 2-burner induction hob, a fridge, air conditioning, a small bathroom with a shower and a Trobolo separation toilet (brilliant, no unpleasant odours). The 160 x 200 cm double bed is accessible via a ladder, and the cosy sofa and fireplace complete the living area. Only outdoor washing-up liquid/shampoo allowed. Fireplace and fire pit by arrangement.

In our large, bright ground-floor apartment, you will live in the countryside in the middle of a large, wonderfully overgrown natural plot. Here you can go on holiday AND work - in a separate, modern office. The 120 m² apartment is located in a quiet cul-de-sac in a residential estate, surrounded by green gardens and old trees. You don't have parking problems here. Everything you need on a daily basis is within walking distance. There are good bus and transport connections.
