The apartment is located on the 2nd floor, of a residence with elevator. This is a 45 m2 accommodation, comfortable, fully equipped. Ideally located 600 meters from tram lines 2 and 3, and bus line 4, the city center is only 15 minutes away. If you prefer to get around by bike, Bicloo station is 100 meters away.

400 years old Windmill renovated

The windmill is located close to all transport links and shops. It's the countryside in the city, with the possibility of reaching the center of Nantes by bike or public transport in 15 minutes, or taking the train to the Atlantic coast (Pornic, Saint-Gilles-Croix-de-Vie) from Pont Rousseau station (5 minutes by foot). A car is not necessary if you arrive by train or plane. Renovated in 2024, we preserved the charm of the 400-year-old windmill while adding modern comfort.

Due to the pandemic, please note that the apartment is cleaned by us between each reservation, according to the new protocol dictated by Airbnb and mandatory. The linen is washed at 60°C minimum!
