It is located just a short walk from the beach, perfect for spotting marine wildlife or catching a kayak tour. Picture windows in the sunroom capture the midnight summer sun and the dramatic forest views. The cottage features a master bedroom with a queen sized bed, and a private carpeted loft with a queen-sized mattress. A double futon in the living room brings the total sleeping areas to 6. The kitchen is fully equipped with pots, pans, dishes and utensils, and the house also features a full bath. Guests can enjoy use of the picnic area, with a barbecue grill and fire pit. A crib and baby gate are also available if required.

Mt Marathon Apartments This charming and cozy 1 bedroom is located just 1 block from Resurrection Bay and the Sea Life Center and 1 street over from downtown shops and restaurants. One of Sewards oldest buildings and originally a boarding house from the old railroad days, come stay and be part of Sewards history. This rental has been totally renovated but we kept some of the old charm. Great walking path 1 block away that leads to the small boat harbor 1 easy mile away. Small but quaint.

Ideally located in downtown Seward: 1 block from the bay and waterfront playground, 1/2 block from library, 1.5 blocks from post office, and 3 blocks from the Alaska SeaLife Center.
