In a tranquil village in Kaş, for those looking for a calm and peaceful holiday in the cool air, our bungalow houses for four people are waiting for you. The nearest supermarket is 6 kilometres away, and the nearest beach is a 40-minute drive away. Our pool has a solar-powered heating system, which was installed at the end of last year’s season and increases the water temperature by 3–5 degrees above the normal temperature. Note: My properties have air conditioning, but it is not visible in the photos as they were taken early in the day. ☺️

Tinton is a nickname, my brother-in-law's grandfather's nickname. Shaman is the name of our boutique, our first and biggest business in commercial life. The restoration/renovation of the house was completed in October 2022, it was furnished with great care and elegance. A combination of 2 apartments, also used independently, at a central point. You can't drive into the street. You climb 80 steps to the house. Not suitable for those with walking difficulties. Fireplaces are for decoration and are not suitable for use.

It is centrally located. There is a supermarket next to it. 5 min walk to Çalış beach. The garden is very nice, large and spacious. You can walk to the city center from the beach. 10 minutes walking distance to restaurants, bars, fruit and vegetable market... This house, which consists of 1 bedroom and 1 living room, can accommodate a maximum of 4 people with a spare folding bed and sofa. We cannot accept guests who are only male groups. THE POOL AND GARDEN ARE FOR THE COMMON USE OF ONLY 2 VILLAS

Green House is a detached reverse duplex house for 2 people. It is accessed from the upper garden. There is a large jacuzzi in its sheltered garden, positioned against nature. It has no private pool. The shared pool, outdoor cinema, sports area and waterfall are just a few steps away. Inside, there is a double bed, a seating area and a convenient kitchen. The balcony with mountain views is ideal for sunrises. Our à la carte restaurant serves in the area.
