House was beautiful and had everything we needed. All the reviews are accurate if this place. I would stay again. Wish we could have stayed longer. Only thing I felt was odd is how the host needed everyone’s passport photos. This was a first for me.

First of all, I would like to thank Mr. Ali for his hospitality. The house was as described. She provided a lot of products that I could count in the basic needs category for the kitchen and bathroom. (Oil,shampoo, dish soap, etc.) The view of the house and the view of the terrace were excellent. However, the pool is the place to say that it does not see any sun. The pool may be a little cold in September October, but this doesn't require breaking points. We were satisfied. See you again…

It's a perfect house, Mr. Birol helped us a lot, thanks to us, we stayed with 5 people, we were very comfortable, the house was immaculately clean, you can rent everything with peace of mind.

We had a wonderful stay. The villa was beautiful and spotlessly clean. Having the pool kept the kids happy all week. We hired a car as it is up a steep hill. It's in a good location, only minutes into Olu Deniz if you drive. Fethiye is about 20 minutes away, we spent some lovely evenings there. We would definitely rebook. it felt like home away from home. We were very satisfied, everything was thought out to the finest detail, everything was clean and clean, and it was one of the places we would want to go again. Mr. Uğur and Ms. Selen were very interested, thank you again for everything🤍

We had a very nice, relaxing stay at the guest house. The villa was clean when we arrived and the pool was also clean. The hosts met us at the property and were always available throughout our stay and attended to any request of ours immediately. They provided charcoal/firelighters as well as recommendations on local spots etc. On the down side, we felt that some of the basics should be provided on arrival. Things like Dish Washing Tablets, Refuse Bags, Toilet Paper (in all bathrooms), Sugar, Coffee, Tea etc would have been a nice touch as they are not expensive. Hot water in the morning was a problem and we had to limit our showers to 2 mins each. I think this is because the geyser is heated by the sun? Overall we really enjoyed our stay at the villa and would recommend it to any future guests.

What a fabulous glamorous villa worth every penny, not far from Hisaranou strip about 10min walk. Emrah always responded promptly and very helpful with any questions we had. Would highly recommend. Local shops 4 min walk. We all as a family had a fabulous stay. An outstanding villa.

The place is gorgeous with a balance of a modernised outdoor swimming pool/tanning area (featuring an almost 100% view barrier for privacy from neighbours) as well as a garden which has Apples/Pomegranates and Grapes if you're there at the correct time. The host and co-host were extremely helpful, they remained flexible despite numerous flight delays and were always available to help via phone/text with house-related as well as tourism-related questions. They also have a near by contact called Mustafa - A lovely elderly gentleman who lives a few minutes walk away and is willing to pop over to help with any issues you may have. The Inside of the house is extremely clean, all windows are netted but still have the completely shut glass window panels when you want to leave the place. The place is completely surrounded by Sulfur as well as anti-repellents so there is absolutely no worries of any animals coming even close to the place and quite honestly we didn't even think about the fact that we were in the middle of a mountain! - The view is breath taking no matter how many times you wake up to it! - Some pointers : The driver up is 30-40 minutes if you're being as relaxed as we were; the isn't an abundance of shops up there so you will need to shop for drinks/snacks and breakfast early but this becomes second nature after the second day; you will need a car so please consider hiring one before you think you can depend on Uber because no taxi driver will make a half an hour trip empty handed just to pick you up - Cars are around £20/day to rent, its extremely cheap and very well worth the freedom you may want exploring those mountains! - All in all, extremely happy with the place and the balance between city life during the day and being able to hear a stone drop at night with the crystal clear view of the stars is an experience not to be missed! - Oh, and there is one gorgeous restaurant just a couple minutes as you're driving down towards Fethiye!

An idyllic villa in complete peace. We stayed here for 3 months in winter and it brought us exactly what we went for, peace, calm and beautiful nature surroundings. The villa is huge, the pool we didn’t use as it was winter but the pool views and pool area is lovely. The house has everything you need, we did however need to buy duvets and bedding as these weren’t provided. As we went in winter we had an issue with the hot water for around 3 weeks but it was later fixed. The locals are extremely friendly and helpful, especially Asim who is always available for anything you need. The village itself is small but sufficient for small food shops, rotisserie chicken, drinks etc. Fethiye town centre is approx 20 mins drive so not far at all and we preferred to live outside of the busy town. All in all, if you or your family are looking for a place to stay, I’d highly recommend this villa. We had a great time here and will definitely come back one day! :)

Alper was a brilliant host, he was always responsive. The property itself was beautiful, pictures did not do the views justice. Located only a stone throws away from the main town, just away making it feel rural with that authentic touch. Incredible local mosques, conveniently located supermarkets and takeaways so you do not need to move an inch. There is a friendly dog who visits and often sleeps outside, our family did bond with it, please do give him/her some treats!

This is such a beautiful villa with stunning mountain views. If you want a peaceful place to stay, this is it. I would highly recommed hiring a car as it is quite far from shops, etc. Onur was highly responsive and checked in on us to make sure we were settling in well. I echo the other great reviews of this villa. 3 of us stayed here (2 adults and 5 year old) so the villa was huge for us which we loved. The indoor heated pool was 100% worth paying a little more as my daughter used this daily. It was lovely and warm. Do note, this is a holiday rental as opposed to an air bnb home which is being rented so don't expect basics like cooking oil, foil, shampoo, conditioner or shower gel. So you will need to buy all of that unless previous occupants leave some things behind for you. Location was top and we drove to all the nice restaurants we wanted to visit, no more than 20 mins. Top places: Nude Restaurant, Pan Restaurant, Nomades, Seed, Mozaik Bahce, Zoi Fish Restaurant and Pasa Kebap. I suggest bringing ear plugs as you can hear the early morning call to prayer in the distance as we didn't have air con on, you can hear it when it's quiet & it did wake me. Tamer was incredibly responsive and helpful. Beautiful villa and great location. Thank you.

Great place to stay! Located in a quiet neighbourhood close to the beach and promenade. Clean and well equipped with everything you need for comfort stay. Air conditioners in every room, everything works perfectly. No problem with hot water, great water pressure. Lots of room for parking. Great experience overall!

Very nice house, very functional, well-equipped kitchen, large fridge and freezer, plenty of space, large rooms, good bedding and linens, very nice swimming pool and garden with several terraces to protect yourself from the sun. Quiet house but close by car to the center and the beach. Owner always available.

We were definitely very satisfied. Mr. Halil was very helpful with everything. The house was spotless and very peaceful and had all the necessary supplies. We felt like we were at home. It was also nice and calm in terms of location. We would love to choose again again. We would like to thank Mr. Halil for his help. We highly recommend it:))
