You'll find yourself basking in breathtaking views of Nalluki Peninsular, Ocean Beach and Wilson Inlet. A staircase leads upstairs to the 1st floor, where you'll step into a light open plan living space including a full sized kitchen, lounge and dining area with a wood fire and smart tv. Both the open plan living and bedroom have glass sliding doors to the large balcony and the stunning views. The ensuite including spa bath, shower and detached toilet. Come and stay in our beautiful home we have acres for you to wander around and enjoy. Our 5 bedroom home can sleep up to 10 people it has an amazing playroom for kids, a pot belly in the large lounge with a pot belly fire will keep you warm on the cool nights. Watch the sunset over the beautiful view of the dam and into the valley. Only 15 minutes from town and 5 minutes to the famous Greens pool. We are just off the main tourist route of wineries, alpaca farm, cheese factory and much more.

Lights Cottage is a secluded, newly renovated heritage cottage located on Lights Beach Farm. Wake up in the mornings surrounded by cattle, kangaroos, and native birds. Then pack your cup, walk across the road to Monkey Rock and have your morning sunrise coffee overlooking Lights Beach, Ocean Beach, and William Bay. Explore 300 acres of farmland and walk the Bibbulmun Track, which conveniently runs through the property and down to the back beach cliffline.

Ideal for launching your dingy. 5 mins from town, 5 mins from beach, 2 bed both with( open )ensuite, one with double bath (no shower) one with shower. ideal for adults. Surrounded by beautiful scenic walks through the karri forests on inlet. See the wild life from large decking area. ( Not suitable for unsupervised children as it has a high decking and the house is built on granite )
