Monthly Rentals in Shannon Estuary

Our time here was so amazing, the scenery was spectacular and so peaceful. The house was so cute and cozy, the light that enter during the day is gorgeous. Biddy was an incredible host that gave us some great local recommendations. Would 100% come back!!!

The Old Post Office is a real gem. It's comfortable, spotless, well appointed and is exactly as per the listing. Previously when in Doonbeg I've stayed in a local 5 star hotel which will remain nameless for the purpose of this review, and in all honesty I enjoyed my stay in The Old Post more than the hotel. On Airbnb you sometimes get lucky with the Host and the quality of the accommodation. For me, this was one of those occasions. The Old Post Office also has the added bonus of being about 50 meters from Morrisey's restaurant, which is well known for its quality food and atmosphere. Five star accommodation.

We had a lovely stay at Elizabeth's cottage. Liam and Catherine were excellent hosts. The cottage itself was perfect for our needs and was in such a beautiful location with gorgeous views of the Shannon and the surrounding countryside. It was very well appointed and we had everything we needed. Liam gave us a tour of his farm too which was a real treat. We would definitely recommend!

Very nice stay. Patrick is a very welcoming host, very good advice for nearby visits. Very good exchanges on various topics. Patrick is a real enthusiast! Her apartment is impeccable and very pleasant. Views of scenic rural landscapes; much appreciated total silence. We recommend it!
