Katie's BnB is only exceeded by her attention to guests every wish. She has the best place on the Trinity River near Lewiston. Whether you are a flyfishing group (as we are) or a family with kids, a stay with Katie will be wonderful. Need a dry space for waders and wet fly fishing gear, there is a huge garage. Want a warm and well appointed meeting place with instant hot water and comfortable beds, it is all there. There is steelhead and trout fishing on the Trinity. There are resident deer and other wild life roaming the grounds. It is a well maintained park-like setting with room to roam. This was my second stay with Katie and I will be going back at every opportunity.

Quite, cozy, and simple. Defiantly a clean place. It had simple amenities, I was hoping for a cook top but a microwave did the trick of some meals just not all! It's help me and my family get cleaned up and get plenty of rest!!!

Our stay at Favor’s rented area was nothing short of magical. We came for a weekend getaway, and the peacefulness of the surroundings was just what we needed. Favor was incredibly welcoming, providing clear directions and checking in to ensure we were settled. The place is charming and great, with a swimming pool in the backyard. It was clean and well-maintained, with a fully equipped kitchen and cozy bedrooms. We loved spending our evenings on the porch, enjoying the stunning mountain views. The location is ideal for outdoor enthusiasts, with hiking trails just a short drive away. We spent our days exploring the beautiful nature around us and found the home the perfect retreat to return to each evening. Our experience was delightful, and we highly recommend their stay to anyone looking for a tranquil escape in the mountains. We hope to visit again soon!

Sean and Linda were very nice and responsive to my questions and needs (as when they replaced the WIFI extender when the old one proved unreliable). I had a pleasant stay in their clean detached studio with its comfortable bed. Its excellent central location made for quick access to other parts of town and the surrounding area. When I walked in the neighborhood, the people were friendly. It was quiet the majority of the time. The exceptions were when some nearby construction occasionally involved heavy equipment and when the train would blow its whistle as it went through town (it lasted for up to a minute and was really only noticeable in the evening or early morning). I didn’t notice any noise from the train itself. The designated off-street parking spot was narrow which would be difficult to use if you have large vehicle (I was okay with my Subaru Crosstrek).

Kurt & Marie's place is adorable and has everything you might need. It's incredibly clean, especially given they allow pets! The backyard is to die for with an incredible view. I travel alone with my small pups and felt very safe walking them around the neighborhood in the dark. The bed is comfy and there are ceiling fans, and A/C and heat that can be directly controlled. It's cozy, private, quiet, and safe. I hope to return!

Absolutely loved the neighborhood and proximity to the river. The unit itself was spacious and very comfortable. I’m glad I stayed an extra day. I was in Redding for work and the wifi was strong for video calls. My pup loved exploring the backyard and the neighborhood. Karina was very friendly and responsive. I had no issues while there. 10/10 recommend and I would 100% stay here again.

Haley And Philip's place is the best spot for the best price. It was very comfortable and welcoming. Beautifully decorated, spacious, and clean. We felt like we were right at home. This space was perfect. The space itself was cozy and comfortable, and the surroundings were beautiful. It worked out perfectly for my husband to do some remote work, and then close to walking trails and town (shopping). I highly recommend, and will definitely use it again next time we are in the area.

Tim has a wonderful place nested by the mountains, the place is very finely curated to the theme of “lazy bear”, The heat was on when we came, Tim was super responsive to our questions and gave a great recommendation to go around and nearby hikes, we had the best stay and we extended another night to get more of this place. P.S. He also has a website with more information about the neighborhood and bookings. His horses are so cute and friendly. I highly recommend this stay to my friends and family.

Noah's studio was just perfect. I loved the off street parking and the private entrance and backyard. The small space heater in the bathroom was welcome touch after a cold day, and the bed was super comfy. It was a very safe space for a single traveler, and close to great restaurants. Try View 202 if you travel to Redding!!

Stayed for the night! It was a great experience 🥰 all her bathroom goodies were awesome!! If you forget anything she gots it covered was pretty cool. I would stay again.

Trey and his wife did a really great job creating a beautiful space, with unbeatable value. My stay was pretty short but check in was easy, and the space was beautiful. I wish I had more time and better weather so I could spend time in the pool! Great value and cozy, I'd absolutely stay again.
