Holiday rentals with lake access in Shasta County

What an experience me and my family had at Robert’s place!!!. The location right on the river felt like we were on the set of a movie. The sound of the river behind us while we ate dinner, Grilled steaks, and hung out at the fire pit was just what we needed. Robert was not only an exceptional host, but he was an amazing fishing guide!! Me and my father in law caught some amazing fish including a pretty nice sized steel head. All in all a great and wonderful place to stay.

PROS: We loved the neighborhood and walking in the vicinity! The deck was great. The beds were super comfortable!! Space was great for a large group. CONS: kitchen was inadequately supplied for a large group. Cookware was in poor shape and there was not enough wine glasses, coffee cups, etc for a group. However, I spoke with Christie and she was grateful for the input and was going out to shop the day we left to improve the beautiful home.

My family and I stayed here for our Christmas Vacation and it was perfect for us. Had so many beds to choose from and had a great cozy cabin feel. The place was very spacious and the views were beautiful. Thank you so much for letting us stay here and giving us great instructions for our stay.

Wonderful space. Nicely appointed, with tasteful decor, great views from the master bedroom and main living area. The home had thoughtful touches throughout; a true Airbnb. The home was spacious, homey, clean and inviting. Plenty of space, and direct access to the river. Ryan, was very responsive and easy to communicate with. The neighbor we spoke with on the morning we left was friendly. We will plan to come back in the summer with the family for some fishing and cooling off in the river.

We have stayed here about 4 years in a row now. They have made some lovely improvements. A few things quit working at the house during our stay but the hosts were very responsive and we were able to sort it out. We also had an unfortunate car problem and they were very flexible with us. Would highly recommend staying here! Short walk to the water and a very comfortable home for our family.

This was our second time staying at Adams home and it was just like we remembered...wonderful! The house is in the perfect location, it was clean when we arrived, check in was very smooth (even got to check in a little earlier than expected) and the responses were great when we needed them. We did encounter a few hiccups such as the washer machine not working, and the breaker kept going in and out, but it was not a big deal at all. The home and accommodation beat any hiccups that came our way. Thank you Adam for allowing our family to create amazing family memories in your home and at Lake Shasta!

Amazing cabin, the amenities are more than great and the amount of equipment, gear and other things to keep you entertained is amazing. We loved the place and the whole family felt like at home.

Great launchpad for your north eastern California adventures, comfortable, good size great mattress in the main bedroom, didn’t try the others. you will be renting from genuine locals, so if you need some backup ideas for the day reach out, they have a lifetime of experience in those parts.

Lea's place was perfect for a quick getaway. It is was centrally located to fit our needs (between the nature-Mossbrae and McCloud Waterfalls and the city-Redding). You instantly feel at home due to the decor and well stocked kitchen. Our family loved going to Basshole Brews and the little market had everything we forgot to grab in Redding. The tub in the Master Bathroom is a must after a long day of exploring and our daughter thought she had her own hot tub. We will definitely be back!

Great cottage with privacy from the neighbors. Very friendly host. Hot tub was amazing!

We haven't been here since 2021 so it was nice to get back. We came to visit Lassen and Eskimo Hill with our kiddos and dogs. We stayed in a cottage which was clean and ready when we arrived. The staff is helpful and friendly and were just starting up a fire for us as we arrived for check in. Checking in was easy using the communications through the app. The grounds are beautiful and it stays quiet since it is a little off the highway. There is plenty of space to walk around the campground when kids or dogs want to get out. Beds were comfy and there was plenty of extra bedding if we needed it. It isn't too far from town where you can pick up food and other goodies if you need them.

This stay was amazing . Location is perfect for a peaceful weekend. Would definitely recommend staying here it visiting Lassen national park.
