A super place. Probably one of the best AirBnb properties in Kiama. Stunning views, very spacious and well located, with Kiama main street (Terralong Street) just a few minutes walk away, with heaps of eateries. 15 minutes (if not less) to the Kiama Blowhole. Two *must have* improvements for the experience: 1) In this day and age, a Smart TV that supports streaming services (paid/supplied by the renter). The current TV is a non-Smart TV, a 2012-2013 Sony Bravia. 2) As per other reviews. Two sets of keys. I was there with my wife. If one person was in, then the other person had to ring on the mobile, for the other person to go down and meet them at the ground level security door. If both went out, then syncing via the key safe (the basement of the building) was flawed too, as the first person back, has to let the other know they now have the key set, to save the other walking down the two car park levels to where the key safe is. Supply two sets, easy, just like hotels do.

This airbnb was a very beautiful place to stay. during our stay the weather was very rainy, but they had board games and many things to do. the greenery made the house feel very homey and private. definitely will be coming back to this airbnb when i need another little get away.

Lovely spacious place. We've never said this before but we felt right at home here; in fact we even hosted a dinner guest. The beach is a couple of minutes walk away but the view from the balcony is a little more obscured than the picture suggests [trees do grow :)]. Peaceful surroundings and adequate food and grocery stores within walking distance (though you should probably venture out a little further for much more). Hope to stay here again!

Great Place to stay, good location was very clean and well organised.

Our second stay here as a family. We really enjoyed it again and had a great time. A quick 10 seconds stroll to the beach for. swim, really nice apartment and we felt right at home. Would definitely book it once again if we are in the area

We previously stayed at Tim's place last year and loved it so much, we went back again. There's not much in the way of shops and restaurants, so keep that in mind if that's important to you. But you can't beat the view and absoluter water frontage to the lagoon where the Minnamurra River meets the sea. Tim has very clear rules and instructions but is a hands-off kind of owner which again, suits us just fine. Taking all our own towels and linen feels like we are packing for a month even for just a few days but the flip side is you feel comfortable with all your own stuff. Like last time, we hired paddle boards from Andrew, a contact in Tim's amenities guide which created another idyllic day on the river. All in all, a great break just 1.5 hours from Sydney.

Slavica’s place was great with nice water views of Lake Illawarra. The place had heaps of space to entertain 4 adults and 3 kids and had everything we needed for a nice weekend away. The one issue we encountered was we found the top floor very hot on the first night (particularly with very young kids). We needed to contact Slavica to unlock the sliding doors to get some air flow through, as the fans provided weren’t enough and there isn’t air con. Slavica was extremely responsive and was able to send a neighbour to rectify extremely quickly. I’d definitely stay again.

Beautiful location with outstanding ocean views. The place was comfortable and had lots of indoor plants, which I liked. Communication with the host was speedy and friendly. A thing to note is that the bed is quite firm, which took a bit of getting used to. There were also lots of people walking their dogs behind the property all day (I’m assuming the nearby beach is dog friendly - there are 2 beach entry walkways in view from the balcony), so there was more barking and people calling for their dogs than we had anticipated! That being said, we had a great stay and would recommend!

My friends and I had a lovey stay at Amanda and Michael’s beautiful house. The position is amazing, right on the beach! Amanda communicated very well with us and was a generous host.

The house was beautifully presented and it came with all staples - oil, condiments, milk, spreads, sauces and more! The outdoor BBQ area was used well and as a family of 4, appreciated the 2 bathrooms. The location was beautiful, and although there were no water views from the house, a simple 5 min walk took you to water and spectacular views including the headland. We would definitely return to this house if we wanted to holiday in Minamurra again.

The place was amazing, love the tribute to Betty. Hosts were extremely accommodating and we really appreciate all the help and assistance they gave us. Would love to stay there again for a holiday.

We all loved staying at Jones Beach House. There could be a few little things improved ....the soup and washing liquid were a little not so good this time. Each time you picked it up the bottle was so soft it collapsed in your hand .They were not a pump bottle...which made it hard for the kids to wash their hands. If that is all I had to comment on....Otherwise things were good.
