Aald Harbour Hoose is in the heart of Lerwick, a charming and peaceful wee toon. The house has been a traditional and very popular B&B for many years but early in 23 we refurbished it back to being a lovely old Shetland home. A great place for groups or families, comfy, roomy, private with a cozy lounge and large kitchen with a gorgeous 8 seater table. All four bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms. Two have Superking beds that can be made into singles if needed. There's also a fold out 6ft kids bed.

Spacious, modern house in a peaceful, rural setting. Enjoy panoramic views over Skellister bay and beach. Perfect place to unwind and relax. Outdoor sauna and wood fired hot tub in the garden to enjoy the view. Nature lovers will enjoy the abundance of wild life in Newing. The garden has been used many times as a view point for birdwatchers, orca hunters and otter spotters. See cute lambs at the fence in spring and later in the year large pods of neesiks (porpoise) regularly visit the bay.

Peerie Bugarth Self Catering Shetland

This traditional stone croft house was fully renovated & extended in 2015. It now has a light, modern interior, holding on to some traditional features. 3 bedrooms are light and in neutral colours. The open plan living kitchen area boasts a vaulted ceiling and country cottage style kitchen, with walk in larder cupboard. Relax in the evening in front of a roaring fire, or explore the beach which is just a 2 minute walk away! A great location to explore Yell, Unst, Fetlar & the north of Shetland.

Waddle Self Catering

The Waddle is a traditional Shetland croft house, refurbished to offer a homely and comfortable stay for guests. Situated in a peaceful, quiet, remote location just over a mile from the nearby village of Walls, tucked in under the hill overlooking a sea-loch, it's a perfect place to enjoy Shetlands wildlife, scenery, peace and freedom. The Waddle is situated on an active croft. We have approximately 250 sheep with lambing in the spring, silage baling in the summer and feeding in the winter.

Bothy Be Wast

Really get away from it all in this unique secluded bothy tucked away on the west coast of the Whiteness peninsula on the shore of the beautiful Stromness Voe. Take a 5-10min stroll over the hill and down to the bothy nestled among reeds on the shore to feel a thousand miles from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. Sleeps up to 4 persons with power supplied via 240V battery power pack. Drinking water will be supplied and shower/sink supply will be topped up as required.

This cosy annexe is in the heart of Lerwick's historic lanes. It is ideal for a couple, but can accommodate more using the sofa bed. In this central location above the harbour, you are just minutes away from the shops, restaurants, cafes, and bars of Lerwick’s main street, and within easy walking distance of the museum, cinema, library, and great coastal walks. It's an excellent place to stay as you explore Lerwick and the landscapes of Shetland.

It is an awesome location, a stones throw from the sea - a safe voe (inlet) ideal for wild swimming. The garden is large, the views north, west and south especially, allow undisturbed views of sea, sky +hill. There is a perfect spot to sit by the fire pit and view the Aurora (merrie dancers) if you’re lucky x

Newly Renovated Cosy 2 Bedroom Ark Cottage

Set in Scalloway’s colourful cottage surroundings up Braehead Lane, The green painted Ark is the perfect base for exploring Shetland. The Ark offers a taste of a traditional Shetland life with the “but and ben” open plan downstairs but with a modern twist. The Ark has been tastefully renovated in 2021 and boasts 2 wood burning stoves, 2 large double bedrooms, a brand new kitchen with a belfast sink and a cosy courtyard with a firepit.

The Peerie Neuk is a sustainably built tiny eco home with all the comforts of a cosy house just a bit tinier! There is a double bed and fold out sofa, suitable for one adult or two children. There’s is a small kitchen with hob, kettle and little fridge (large enough for two bottles of prosecco 🤣). There is a wood burning stove with oven. The oven will keep things warm. There’s on demand hot water, shower and compost toilet.
