At first glance, the Kobe-based Nishimura Group, an abandoned house renovation group, felt the potential of the place that had finished its role and set its sights on it. In August 2023, they opened an "art hotel where you can stay" based on the concept of "urban secret base". The total area is 93 m². The entire 3-story building has been renovated. * The hotel part is on the 2nd and 3rd floor & rooftop The second floor is a living space and the third floor is a separate bedroom, so it can be used by couples, families, and groups. The interior takes advantage of the texture of the concrete and is an open space with the ceiling removed. The stylish design, unimaginable from the old appearance, will stimulate your senses. Also equipped with an island kitchen using a huge single board. It is also ideal as a small event venue. The open rooftop space is particularly noteworthy. Two single bed mattresses, 1 single extra bed, There is one futon mattress and one futon. We use single coil mattresses made by Simmons in the United States. Single beds are separated. For 3 people, we will provide an extra bed or futon mattress. We have plenty of kitchen utensils. It's spacious and you can also enjoy cooking. It takes about 5 minutes on foot to get to the market, where you can find fresh ingredients such as greengrocers, fishmongers, and butchers.
