We loved staying at this Airbnb! Conveniently located close walk to the station and everything we wanted to see in town. Would stay again!

We loved our stay here! The location is in the countryside, which is what we were looking for, but it was also convenient to drive to local attractions and tourist areas such as Kanazawa. Our hosts were very welcoming and went out of their way to welcome us and make us feel at home. My girls loved the video games and being able to see the chickens, too. The house itself was super clean and had everything we needed, then some. The kitchen was the best equipped I’ve ever seen at an air BnB. The beds were also very comfortable, and we all slept well thanks to the room-darkening curtains. We had a great time relaxing after days out, and it was nice to be able to take walks through the neighborhood and to the ocean, and to see the stars at night. We would love to stay here again some time soon!

We had no trouble finding the hotel from the train. It was a walking distance and it was quite a lovely walk because you see all the different stores and restaurants. We arrived early so we rested in the lounge and then went shopping and had lunch. Finally, our room was ready and we were very impressed with the decor as well as a cleanliness. We especially loves the outdoor onsen which made you feel really relaxed as you listen to the birds. Our next night was with another Iori property so they transported our luggage to the next destination (so that we didn’t have to lug it around on the bus). Overall, we would be returned!

Easily one of the best Airbnbs we’ve ever stayed in. The house is located in a beautiful and serene town surrounded by nature but close enough to town so that if you wanted, you could easily walk into the center and enjoy restaurants and cafes. We particularly loved the Insect Museum! With a car you can do trips to the bigger city of Kanazawa as well as other surrounding attractions in nature. The house was inviting, comfy, and most of all spotless! The bedrooms were prepared for us, the bathrooms were basically sparkling, and the living room; with its wood burning stove was so cozy! I’m not being hyperbolic when I say it was completely perfect. We are grateful to the hosts for offering up their beautiful home and their amazing hospitality. We truly cannot wait to go back!

Logement très bien situé à proximité du château de Kanazawa. Nous avons pu tout faire à pieds avec 1 enfant de 5 ans! Machine à laver/sécher le linge (avec lessive fournie) très pratique en cours de voyage! Environnement calme. Je recommande fortement!

We loved our stay! It is a beautiful and quirky place to stay in. You have access to all, bar included. The place is very well presented. Upstairs is very spacious with heating. Plenty of space to spread out with your luggage- you won’t feel on top of each other. The downstairs kitchen is well equipped. Location wise, it was perfect for us. Convenience store close by and many small eateries. Thank you so much for creating such a wonderful space!

This 95 year old traditional house is beautiful. It's perfectly located, right next door to the Omicho Market and a short walk to the Castle and gardens. We let the host know we intended to walk to the accommodation from Kanazawa Station and she sent through a map and photo guide. She then meet us at the house and gave us a tour of the house and also afood/tourist map. We were there over Golden Week and the host let us know about special holiday attractions we should check out. We highly recommend this accommodation, we loved it.

Wat een ongelooflijke plek. We mochten een paar dagen verblijven in dit prachtige Finse houten huisje in de bergen van Takayama, en het was werkelijk magisch. Alles klopte – de rust, de natuur, de bergen... het voelde bijna alsof we in een film zaten. De eigenares is een ontzettend sterke, lieve vrouw die ons verblijf nog bijzonderder maakte. Ze was super behulpzaam en reageerde razendsnel op elk berichtje. Haar warmte en gastvrijheid voelden als een zegen – we zijn haar daar echt dankbaar voor. Het huisje zelf was knus, warm en straalde een soort spirituele rust uit. We hebben zelden zoiets moois en puurs meegemaakt. De omgeving is adembenemend: hoge bergen, zuivere lucht, stilte, en een pracht aan natuur waar je stil van wordt. En het eten? Net zo geweldig als de natuur zelf – puur, vol smaak, en met liefde bereid. We missen deze plek nu al en zouden hier heel graag terugkomen. Een verblijf om nooit te vergeten.
