Monthly Rentals in Shire of York

We were e-biking from Perth to Northam on the Kep Track. This was the perfect halfway point to break the journey and was only a few metres off the track. We were very impressed with the house and the facilities overall. Bathroom was modern with lovely products, and it was also great to have a washing machine to reset our limited clothing options. We particularly enjoyed the quality provisions left for us in the fridge and pantry. The bed was comfy too and the air conditioning worked well. Our bikes were well protected from the rain and there was easy access to charging overnight. We are looking forward to staying again on our way back. This property is a game changer for those cycling the Kep Track who wish to break their journey midway.

The cutest little cottage! We loved our stay at Fred and Sal’s. The cottage was charming and clean and the location was nice and central. The kitchenette had a microwave and an air fryer for cooking meals as well as a coffee machine. We will definitely be back again one day in the future, once the kids are older as it’s not kitted out for babies but they still loved every minute :)

We really enjoyed our stay at Burnley house and Pendle cottage. Gayle was a polite and friendly host and the houses were exactly as described. My kids loved the alpacas in the backyard too. Would recommend to anyone wanting to stay in York.
