Soak up the space of the double-height, vaulted atrium hallway and unwind on the snug balcony. - 2 double bedrooms - both with double beds and fully equipped with bed linen and towels - Open Plan Kitchen - fully fitted with dishwasher, toaster and kettle and generous crockery, cutlery and cooking utensils - Open Plan ding/living room with dining table and chairs for six, two comfortable sofas and coffee table -Bathroom with roll-top bath, shower cubicle, sink and WC. The Pod is a completely independent first floor apartment accessed via its own courtyard entrance the ground level. Not suitable for disabled access. We respect your privacy. We will greet you on arrival but will leave you to enjoy your stay. We run the Architectural and Interior Design showroom on the ground floor. Hop on a bus to Fen Drayton’s famous nature reserve and visit the myriad of historic and picturesque villages in the the area. St Ives sits on the river Ouse with a pretty quayside and excellent independent shops, cafes, and restaurants. There is a carpark directly opposite the pod. We are a 2 minute walk to the river and shops of St.Ives. It is just a ten minute walk to St Ives’s famous ‘Guided Busway’, where regular buses will whizz you into Central Cambridge in less than 40 minutes

Herbert’s cottage

Recently renovated cottage dating back to 1835 surrounded by woodland on the edge of a nature reserve, with plenty of outdoor space. Rivers, beaches, stately homes and much more a short drive away. Enjoy a morning coffee watching the woodpecker on the feeder, deer enjoying apples or pheasants coming to check out the left overs, if its wildlife you like you don’t even need to leave the house. 20 min drive away is a jetty for boating, kayaking, paddle boarding or swimming. The Old Piggery at Manor Farm, Runcton Holme.

This charming detached one bedroom, timber clad home is a tastefully converted piggery. It’s a private, cosy retreat, perfect for couples along with their small dogs. There is a large patio and lawned garden, with outdoor furniture for perfect relaxation. There are a some luxury features such as a Nespresso coffee machine, air fryer, king size bed, fire pit and cocktail making equipment. Our fishing lake is nearby so you can wander down and fish (extra charge) or watch the array of wildlife.

Stay in a former Old English Cosy Pub, with three inglenook fire places. Located in a small village in West Norfolk 36 mins from coast and 21 mins from Royal Sandringham Estate. Pet Friendly, we welcome up to 3 dogs and charge £25 per dog per visit. Recently refurbished offering a large underfloor heated kitchen living room space along with the charm of original features. During the lockdown period we have updated and renewed the bathroom and ensuite facilities including a new toilet in ensuite

Rook’s Nest, Shouldham

Back on after a long term let! Situated in the beautiful and peaceful village of Shouldham, which dates back to 1066, is this idyllic little nest. The village boasts a friendly local pub which is only a five minute walk away and plenty of forest walks can be had in Shouldham Warren which is on the edge of the village. There are a variety of stately homes (including Sandringham) to visit, and Hunstanton, the historic gateway town to the North Norfolk Coast, is not too far away.
