Dormitoarele sunt alcătuite astfel: 2 dormitoare cu un pat matrimonial, 2 dormitoare cu 2 paturi matrimoniale și un dormitor cu un pat matrimonial și unul de o persoana. Vila cu zorele este situata in Martinie si ofera unitati de cazare cu acces la curte si gradina.Toate unitatile au zona de relaxare,TV cu ecran plat si baie privata cu dus + articole de toaleta gratuite.Unele unitati au bucatarie cu masina de spalat vase,cuptor si cuptor cu microunde.Proprietatea serveste mic dejun continental.Gazda ofera facilitati de gratar,teren de tenis,volei sau alte sporturi.Oaspetii au la dispozitie o terasa si pot schia in apropiere. Halfway between Sibiu and Brasov, in the village of Voiovdeni is the House in the garden. Designed in modern style, although it is located in a rural area, together with the generous garden offers tourists a unique experience. The guesthouse offers Wi-fi, air conditioning, fully equipped kitchen (espresso machine, dishwasher, etc) smart-tv, Netflix. Landscaped terrace with barbecue and bar, dining place, heated pool (season) jacuzzi and sauna (for a fee), spacious courtyard, parking.

We are located 5 minutes from the city center (15 minutes walk to Piata Mare), in a very quiet residential area with almost no traffic. We will be welcoming you with a generous living-room with a sofa, a master bedroom with a private bathroom and closet, a second bedroom with bunk beds and balcony. The kitchen is fully equipped if you choose to do the cooking, dining area with a table for 6. Courtyard with grill area, pets are welcomed. Airport transfer and car rental upon request

It has a barbecue area, its own hot tub, and during the summer the generous swimming pool is only good for cooling off. Parking is free in the yard of the location, which is large and full of greenery.

The holiday house features 3 bedrooms, a living room, flat screen TV, a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and oven, 1 bathroom with a tub and walk-in shower and 1 bathroom with walk-in shower. Towels and bed linen are provided. There is also an outdoor area for barbecue and enjoying the silence. Cottage Bytheriver is a peaceful and modern mountain retreat home.
