Green Apartment Catania, few steps from Cathedral.

The living room is equipped with Smart TV 55" with all streaming plattforms and a selection of Italian, English and french books. The Kitchen is fully equipped with all the appliances and utensils to hopefully meet your every need. The bedrooms with the characteristic vaulted roofs are equipped with double windows to eliminate any external noise, memory foam beds and charging stations for electronic devices. The winter garden is the gem of the house, a wonderful green oasis where you can relax. Near all the most important services such as pharmacies, supermarkets, restaurants, trattorias, bars and pubs in the historic center, our apartment is an ideal solution to enjoy a peaceful corner while being in the center of Catania nightlife. ROOMS The sleeping area has been designed to make your stay as pleasant and relaxing as possible. Each room is equipped with modern fixtures, a very comfortable memory foam double bed and a queen-size sofa bed. In addition, each guest will have a workstation for recharging their electronic devices. LIVING ROOM In our spacious and welcoming living area, you can relax reading one of the many books made available for our guests or watch movies and TV series in the 55 "Smart TV, equipped with terrestrial channels and digital" Fire TV "support that will allow you to access to popular streaming platforms like Prime Video, Netflix, Infinity and DAZN. KITCHEN: Our kitchen is fully equipped with all appliances and utensils to meet your every need: stove, refrigerator, oven, coffee maker, kettle, scale, toaster and iron. You will also find some essential ingredients for cooking such as: oil, salt, pepper, sugar, vinegar and other spices as well as a variety of teas and herbal teas. The nearest bus stop is just 50 meters away, and the apartment is 700 meters from the bus station of Piazza Paolo Borsellino, bus departure and arrival point for all the most important destinations of the city and stop of the "Alibus", the bus that allows you to reach the city center from the airport and vice versa. The nearest Metro stop is 1 km away (Stesicoro Station). Casa Costanza - Cozy and bright apartment in the city center of Palermo

Casa Costanza is located in the heart of the city, in an area well equipped with public transport and services. The apartment, quiet and welcoming, consists of a double bedroom (with the possibility of an additional single bed), bathroom with large shower and well equipped kitchen. We offer courtesy line (shampoo shower) and breakfast. The apartment is equipped with Free Wi-Fi Ultra Fiber and is fully air-conditioned. We have a toddler bed, bath, changing table and high chair. Frequent buses connect the neighborhood to the rest of the city, especially the train and bus station. A direct bus connects Via Libertà with Mondello beaches.

Going the other way, a 10-minute walk into town will take you past picturesque churches and piazzas to reach the "Teatro Massimo", Europe's 2nd largest theatre. Recently refurbished to high specs in a modern design, the apartment is complete with brand new furnishings including digital air conditioning, full HD TV, bluetooth speakers, Wi-Fi, Nespresso machine, a safe and much more. Split into three levels, the apartment sits on the second and top floors of a landmark building that itself has been recently refurbished, maintaining the original style and atrium entrance of buildings typical of Old Palermo Town. The first floor landing has a stylish area with plenty of storage for suitcases, prams, etc. Up the stairs on the first floor are the bedroom and en-suite bathroom with rain-shower, and the adjacent living area with a sofa bed and a balcony ensuring plenty of natural light in the room. On the top floor is the kitchen and dining area, and a spacious sunny terrace with a beautiful view of the town, mountains and sea. This apartment is close to the beautiful sights of the old port of Cala with its sailboats and the Castello a Mare fortress. In fact, it was in fact a Carretteria, a typical Sicilian structure, where Sicilian carts were made and at the same time the straw was transported inside. Many are the signs of thattime, integrated into an atmosphere where you can breathe in Sicily yesterday and today. The distinctive exposed stone, the peculiarity of the soft lights and the roaring fireplace, make the setting very romantic and characteristic. UNIQUE! My place is a Loft. It is an ancient Sicilian carriage house located inside a courtyard (classic Sicilian) in the heart of the old town. Mediterranean Apartment with Breathtaking Views

The property has a 10x5m swimming pool with solarium and garden area. From the pool you have a breathtaking view onto the coastline. The apartment has a huge terrace facing the seaside where you can dine and enjoy crickets chirping in the sicilian summer nights. For the BBQ lover the apartment offers a BBQ. The living space is luminous, open and spacious. Guests are free to use garden, swimming pool and terrace. The ground floor is inhabited by my lovely parents who take care of everything surrounding the property. They speak german and english, so if you need help they are happy to help you out. The apartment is part of a hilltop villa surrounded by beautiful gardens. Located in a quiet area, it offers a fantastic respite to relax in peace. For everything else, the charming town of Cefalu is just a short drive away. The property is on a hilltop and is 6km from Cefalu town. In town you can find everything you need. The property is immersed in nature and has no supermarket at walking distance. A car is necessary to get around!!
