The villa is modern in style, air-conditioned and equipped with a swimming pool (7 m x 14 m), a garden and parking. Located 40 minutes from Rabat-Salé Airport, it stands in the middle of a farm planted with lemon and fruit trees and offers a panoramic view of the valley. The villa can accommodate up to 4 couples, with a maximum total of 12 guests. A caretaker and his small family are on the premises at all times. They occupy a wing of the villa overlooking the car park.
